Benazir Bhutto: Mace Mai Kamar Maza !

Ranar 27 ga watan Disambar 2007 zai kasance bakar rana a tarihin kasar Pakistan da gun masu gwagwarmayar kafuwa da dorewar tsarin dimokaradiya a duniya,saboda kisan gillar da akayi wa Malama Benazir Bhutto , tsohuwar Firaministan kasar Pakistan kuma mace ta farko data fara rike babban mukamin siyasa a kasar Musulmi a wannan zamanin.

An haife ta ranar 21 ga watan Yuni na shekarar 1953 a birnin Karachi na kasar Pakistan. Ta kuma yi karatu a manyan jami'oi wato Havard a Amurka da Oxford a Birtaniya.Mahaifinta Marigayi Zulfikar Ali ya gamu da ajalin sa ta hanyar rataya a hannun sojoji masu mulkin kasar a lokacin karkashin jagorancin Janar Zia Ul Haqq. Itama bata tsira ba daga mulkin danniya na sojojin kasar inda aka kama ta tare da tsare ta na tsawon shekaru kafin a sake ta, ta kuma bar kasar a shekarar 1984. A shekarar 1986 ta sake komawa Pakistan inda ta sami gagarumin tarba daga jama'ar kasar. Ta tsaya takara a karkashin jam'iyyar Pakistan People's Party(PPP) inda ta sami nasara ta kuma kasance Firaminista tana da shekaru talatin da biyar a duniya.

A lokacin mulkin ta, ta samar da wutar lantarki a kauyukan kasar da kuma gina makarantu a ko'ina cikin kasar.Manyan manufofin gwamnatin ta sune kokarin kawo karshen yunwa da samar da gidaje masu saukin kudi ga iyalai da gina asibitoci da lamurran da suka shafi kula da lafiya a birane da kauyukan kasar. Tayi matukar kokari wajen ganin cewa kasar ta , ta sami cigaban zamani kamar sauran kasashen yankin.

Zargin cin hanci da sama da fadi da dukiyar al'umma yasa shugaban kasa na lokacin Shugaba Leghari ya rushe gwamnatin ta, aka kuma damke mijin ta aka daure shi, ganin yanda abubuwa suka kasance , sai ta sake barin Pakistan ,inda ta shafe kusan shekaru goma ita da ya'yanta suna gudun hijiran sa kai a birnin Landan. Kuma duk da cewa bata kasar amma bata yi kasa a gwiwa ba wajen ganin cewa an dawo da mulkin dimokaradiya a kasar Pakistan ba.

Duk da barazanar da take fuskanta daga masu adawa da ita, ta koma kasar Pakistan a watan Octoban da ta gabata, ta kuma tsira daga harin kunan bakin waken da aka kai mata wanda yayi sanadiyar rasuwar mutane fiye da dari .Amma harin da aka sake kai mata a garin Rawalpindi yayi sanadiyar mutuwar ta da wasu mutum ashirin.

Shaka babu rasuwar Benazir Bhutto zai samar da babban gibi a siyasar Pakistan , musamman zaben da ake shirin gabatarwa ranar 8 ga watan Janairu . Jam'iyyar ta na PPP nada farin jini da tasiri da karfin gaske a kasar wanda saboda hakkar ta da tasirin da zata iya yi nema Janar Pervez Musharraf yayi wa tsohon firaminista Nawaz Sharif afuwa shima ya dawo kasar domin rage karfin Benazir Bhutto da yarjejeniyar da ta kulla da Janar Musharraf ya rushe na tayi masa firaminista.

Kasar Pakistan ta sake samun kanta a tsaka mai wuya sakamakon kisan Benazir Bhutto . Shi kansa Musharraf yana cikin halin bayan sa Kura gaban sa Zaki saboda magoya bayan Benazir Bhutto na ganin cewa ya kasa bata cikakken tsaro duk da barazanar da take fuskan ta daga masu adawa da ita. Ta bangaren gwamnati sun daura zargin kisan nata akan kungiyoyin al-Kaida da Taliban.Wata kungiyar masu tsattsauran ra'ayin addini sun nisan ta kan su daga daukar alhakin kisan nata. Ta bangaren magoya bayan Benazir Bhutto sun nuna shakkun su kan cewa jagoran sojin sa kai Baitullah Mehsud nada hannu a kisan nata duk da ikirarin da yayi na cewa zasu tura dan kunan bakin wake ya tarbe ta duk lokacin data dawo Pakistan.

Malama Benazir Bhutto ta shafe kusan shekaru shida na rayuwar ta a tsare a gidan kurkuku ko a hannun jami'an tsaro.Yan'uwan ta biyu wato Murtaza da Shahnawaz suma a baya kashe su aka yi. A shekarar 1977 lokacin da aka tsare mahaifin ta bayan juyin mulkin da Janar Zia ya jagoran ta , ya tuhume shi da laifin kisan kai, inda bayan shekaru biyu aka rataye shi. An daure Benazir Bhutto kafin a kashe mahaifin ta, inda ekaru biyar a gidan kurkuku, kuma yanda ta fada a wani yanayi mai wahalar gaske.

Ta zama Firaministan kasar Pakistan a shekarun 1988 zuwa 1990 da 1993 zuwa 1996. Tay matukar kokarin ta wajen ganin cewa an yafe wa juna abubuwan da suka faru a shekarun baya a kasar da kokarin ganin cewqa an rage banbancin da ake nunawa tsakanin maza da mata.

Kafin dawowar ta Pakistan ,wasu yan kasar na zargin ta da ganawa da sojoji masu mulkin kasar , inda sukayi tataunawar sirri domin a bata damar taka wata rawa ta musamman a siyasar kasar.Wannan yasa wasu yan kasar na zargin ta da cin amanar tsarin bunkasar dimokaradiya a asar.Inda wasu kuma na ganin cewa tattaunawar nada amfanu ga kafuwar dimokaradiya a kasar. Su kuma kasashen Yamma na ganin cewa goyon baya da karbuwa da take dashi a kasar ,tunda ta kasan ce tanada sassaucin ra'ayi na iya baiwa Janar Musharraf halarci a da'awar sa na "yaki da ta'addanci".

A jawaban ta marigayiya Benazir Bhutto bata boye fahimtar ta kan masu tsattsauran ra'ayin addinin Musulunci ba, kan yanda suke gudanar da al'amurran su a kasar, inda tayi alkawarin in aka zabe ta zata samo hanyar da yafi dacewa wajen magan ce matsalar tsattsauran ra'ayin addini sabanin yanda Janar Musharraf ke tinkaran lamarin.Ta kuma yi alkawarin cewa zata cika alkawarorin da Musharraf ya kasa cikawa kan batun makarantun madarasah inda zata aiwatar da sauye-sauyean makarantun, zata kuma baiwa hukumar IAEA damar ganawa da Abdulkadir Khan kan fasahar nukiliyar Pakistan.

Mutuwar Benazir Bhutto yasa ta cimma manufofinta da ta kasa cimma lokacin da take raye.Yanda ta gamu da ajalinta ya sanya duk an mance da kurakuran da ake ganin ta tafka lokacin data jagoranci kasar a baya. A ko'ina cikin duniya an kadu da mutuwar ta inda shugabanin kasashen duniya sukayi jawaban kwarai a kanta.Kuma ga dukan alamu mutuwar nata zai bude sabon babi a gwagwarmayar kafuwar dimokaradiya a kasar Pakistan da makomar Janar Musharraf da kuma yadda kasar zata tinkari matsalar masu tsattsauran ra'ayin addini. Kasar Pakisatan na dab da fadawa cikin mumunan yanayin siyasa koma yakin basasa sakamakon kashe Benazir Bhutto. Matsalar da kasar ta sami kanta ya zarce matsalar cikin gida ko yanki. Pakistan kasa ce da masu tsananin kishin addinin Musulunci keda tasiri a siyasan ce, kuma kasar nada fasahar makamin nukiliya wanda wadannan dalilai biyu barazana ce ga kasar Amerika da Turai.

Tarihi zai ruwaito Benazir Bhutto a matsayin wata mace data tsaya kai da fata kan akidu da manufofin da tayi imani dasu ba tare da jin tsoro ba, tasa kasar ta agaba duk da barazanar da take fuskanta har ta bar duniya tana kan gwagwarmayar inganta rayuwar al'umman kasar ta.

LABARIN ZOMO DA MANGWARO

Wata rana ne Zomo na tsalle-tsallen sa yana tunanin zuci,daya karaso karkashin wata bishiyar Mangoro yana daga kansa sama sai ya hango wani Mangoro jajawur, ga girma kuma gashi ya nuna sosai.Ganin haka ya fara tunanin yaya zai yi ya sami Mangwaron dan shi ba zai iya hawa bishiyar ba. Yana tunanin yanda zai yi sai ga Kurciya ta sauka a kan bishiyar Mangwaron.Tana hango Zomo tayi masa sallama "barka dai "shima Zomo ya maida gaisuwar "kaima barka dai" Sannan ya kara da cewa "taimaka mani Kurciya ki tsinkar mani wancan Mangoron".

Kurciya a take ta tashi ta kusanci Mangwaron dan ta tsinka .Domin yawun ta ya tsinke da ganin mangoron kuma tayi tunanin ta cinye shi ita kadai. Amma da ta tsinki Mangoron sai ta kasa rikewa da bakin ta ,sakamakon haka sai Mangoron ya fado kasa.

Zomo na ganin haka cikin murna yac wa Kurciya"nagode" ya sun kuya ya dauki Mangwaro sai ya gan Mangwaron nata gungurawa daga gare shi , kai kamar Mangoron ne da kan sa ke gungurawa.Mamaki ya kama Zomo yana cewa" anya Mangoro da kansa zai yi ta gungurawa haka! Yana dubawa da kyau sai ya lura da cewa Mangoron ya fado ne a bayan Bushiya ya kuma makale a jikin kayoyin dake jikin ta. Shi yasa in ta motsa sai Mangoron ma ya motsa. Bushiya na ganin mangwaro a bayan sa ,ya yanke shawarar cewa Mangoron nasa ne kuma gashi da son Mangwaro. A take sai ya yanke shawarar ya arcen da Mangoron. Zomo na ganin haka ya kwada masa kira yana "tsaya! tsaya! dawo! Ina zaka da Mangoro na? Bushiya na jin haka sai ya samu waje ya tsaya, yace ma Zomo "Mangoron nan a baya na ya fado saboda haka Mangwaron nan nawa ne" . Kurciya na kallon su sai tace "kai, ku daina gardama a zancen gaskiya Mangoro dai nawa ne dan ni na tsinko shi daga kan bishiya". Haka dai suka rinka gardama da rants-rantse kan cewa ko wannen su na da'awar cewa Mangoro nasa ne.

Suna cikin wannan yamutsin sai ga Kare yazo wuce wa .Sai ya tsaya yana kallon hayaniya da tada jijiyoyin wuya da suke yi. Sai yace masu"wai kan me kuke wannan daga murya? Sai duk suka taho wajen sa , sai dayan su ya kada baki yace"Kare ka kasance mai hikima da kwarewa sakamakon zaman ka da mutane, saboda haka muna son kayi mana shari'a bisa adalci kan wanda yafi cancanta ya tafi da wannan Mangoro". Sai ko wannen su ya bashi labarin dalilin sa na cewa Mangoro nasa ne. Kare yayi tunani ,sai ya tambaya "wa ya fara ganin Mangoron ? Sai Zomo ya kada baki yace "ni ne! ni ne ! Sai kare ya sake tambaya "wa ya tsinko Mangoro? Sai Kurciya tayi tsalle ta ce "ni ce! ni ce na tsinko! Sai kare ya sake tambaya " wa ya dauki Mangoro bayan an tsinko? Sai Bushiya ya ce "ni ne! ni ne domin a baya na ya fado! Sai Kare ya yanke masu hukunci kan cewa "matsalar da kuke fuskanta shine ko wannan ku nada iko akan Mangoro, amma Mangoro guda daya ne , saboda haka na yanke hukuncin cewa za'a raba maku Mangoro ku daidai gida uku".

Mamaki da murna ya kama dabbobin gaba daya kan hukuncin da Kare ya yanke masu. A take Bushiya ya dauko Mangoro daga bayan sa ,ya raba gida hudu. Ya fara mika wa Zomo "ga rabon ka saboda fara ganin Mangoro". Sai ya mika wa kurciya yana cewa "ga naki rabon dan tsinko mangoron da kika yi". Sai ya baiwa kansa wani bangaren yace "saboda ya fado a baya na". Sannan ya baiwa Kare wani bangaren yace "ga naka " Kare yayi mamakin gaske cike da farin ciki sai ya ce "me yasa nima kuka bani wani bangaren a matsayin rabo na?" Sai Bushiya ya ce "saboda ka bamu shawaran da muka ji dadi ". Ta wannan hanyar dukkan su suka sami rabon shan Mangoro mai dadi cikin jin dadi da annashuwa.

Darasin da wannan labarin ke koyar wa ita ce raba dai dai aiki ne mai kyau domin yana kawo farin ciki da warware matsaloli da dama.

ARE TRADITIONAL AND RELIGIOUS LEADERS IN SUPPORT OF THE MASSES?

Among community leaders in Nigeria, the traditional and religious leaders do receive special respect from the people as they are regarded as fathers of the society. They are regarded as burning candles that show the way on how the society should live based on their forms of belief. Also it is their duty on commanding the community on performance of good deeds and forbidding them to commit what is unlawful.

Masses had a very special regards and respect for traditional and religious leaders as they believed that they would never support and encourage any issue that will harm their ways of life. But unfortunately, recently some of them have reversed and changed their attitude by becoming errand boys of those in power and moneybags. It is an open secret today that many of them have joined the club and convoy of the ruling class or always in total support of any government in power.

Clerics as religious leaders all over the world are known to be on the side of justice ,truth, equity and accountability, and they also preach to their followers to be on the side of truth and justice. They are steadfast as they are never afraid to say the truth and side with justice no matter how bitter it is. Also they never collaborate with oppressors, tyrants, looters and ungodly leaders. Religious history books are full of narrations of how God fearing clerics fought against injustice, tyranny and suppression. Some of them had even led their countries in the fight against uprooting tyrants, oppressors and stooges from power. They are actively involved in the fight against all forms of injustice and discrimination against their people and even in the forefront in the struggle for democratic governance.

Even during our present times we saw or heard of religious leaders that have led their people to defeat tyranny and oppression, and those that were persecuted and jailed or were forced to exile or even killed for saying and siding with the truth and justice by some few individuals who have control of the government machinery.

Today, before our own eyes, some Clerics have changed the meanings and interpretations of their Holy Books to suit the intrest of political leaders so that they could smile back to their banks. What is happening today is that if you force your way corruptly to power through massively rigged election, they will say God gave you the power! If you loot from the treasury they will say God has enriched you !! If you implement policies against the wishes of the people, they will say God said you should be followed!!! Also you will find these Clerics on their ways to government houses federal, state and local or in the homes of those that all knows how they amass their wealth.

Am not saying that it is an offence for traditional and religious leaders to relate with the political and ruling class, but what is happening always is that they don't inform the ruling class the real condition of the masses and the country. Masses are really suffering due to lack of infrastructures. But the traditional and religious leaders never speak up and always pretend as if everything is moving smoothly. Whenever they speak it is on the masses to always live peacefully and abide by the laws without speaking out to the ruling class to rule with justice and equity.

It can't be denied that traditional and religious leaders have special prestige in Nigeria. Is it that the prestige they have is not enough that they have to be errands of the political class? And are there any worldly materials they lacked that led them to be boot licker of the political class? Are they aware that masses can now dictate their personal intrest when they propagate it as religious injuctions? Are they of the opinion that being errand and cohorts for those in power is the only avenue to protect their seats and gain influence? And when will they seek respect for themselves as true leaders of the society and people stop calling them agents of whoever is in power?

Traditional and religious leaders are those leaders that the masses tend to have good opinion about as they provide guidance and protect their rights when the need arises. Is it not a betrayal that these leaders tend to be more concerned about their own personal interests? Don’t they think that the masses can have a very bad opinion about them?

The history of many countries of this world is full of roles played by Kings and the Clergy. Why is it that today in some parts of the world they tend to play little or no role in such countries today? The answer is clear as these leaders par take in the exploitation and tyranny against their own people and when change arrived those countries they were not spared. And that is the reason why in some countries there are no traces of traditional rulers and the religious leaders lose their prestige and power of commanding the good and forbidding evil.

Where are those traditional rulers that have supported election riggers into power? The history of our country is replete with how those helped to hold onto power illegitimately repay their benefactors? Also religious leaders that sided with the authority against the wish and aspirations of their people tend to lose respect and dignity as they are viewed as agents and cohorts of those in power.

Respect and prestige will be more for traditional and religious leaders if they side with the masses. And they should have the principle of advising the ruling class truthfully, and informing them of how life of the common man can be improved and stoppage of all government policies that are anti-people. And if they happen to visit government houses from federal to local government it should be for the intrest of the masses not to seek for contracts, royalties and political appointments for themselves and families. Also they should be bold enough to say the truth to the ruling class as they can say it to the masses. They should be in the forefront in any struggle to resist government policies that are unpopular such as increase in petroleum products but not the NLC!

God fearing and purposeful leadership is loved by people. Any leader that loots either before or now should not be seen associating with traditional and religious leaders as such association increases the continuation of corruption as future leaders can always think that if they loot and share the loot through building places or worship and obtaining traditional titles they will be respected and escape justice. Traditional and religious leaders should reciprocate to the masses the same way they hold them in esteem; anything short of this could lead to anarchy as it will be unfortunate if they call people to order and no one listens to them, then who will provide guidance to the society?

Badakalar kwangila :Ya wajaba Etteh Tayi Murabus!

Mace ta farko da ta fara rike mukami mafi girma a Nigeria wato Uwargida Patricia Olubunmi Etteh na shugabantar majalisar wakilai na cikin tsaka mai wuya ko kuma ace tana cikin halin dana sani saboda halin da ta tsinci kanta na badakalar zargin aringizon kwangilar kwaskwarimar gidanta da mataimakinta Hon. Babangida Nguroje da motocin alfarma guda goma sha biyu kan tsabar kudi naira miliyan dari shida da ashirin da takwas!

Kamar yadda kwamitin Idoko ya bada rahoton sa ,sun sami shugabar majalisar da laifi dunu-dumu kan zargin da ake yi mata inda kwamitin ya gano cewa ba'a ma bi tsarin daya kamata ba wajen bada kwangilolin,domin da farko ba'a tallata kwangilar ba a jaridu ,na biyu kanfanonin dake kwangilar basu da rajista da hukuma da wasu laifufukan da kwamitin ya bankado.Amma ita Uwargida Etteh ta dage kan cewa bata da laifi saboda haka ba zata amsa kiraye-kirayen da ake tayi mata ba na tayi murabus ko ta fuskanci tsigewa.

Mafi yawan 'yan Nigeria nada ra'ayin cewa a wannan halin da talakawa ke cikin bakin talauci da fatara ace an sami shugabar majalisar wakilai ta kashe zunzurutun kudi na miliyoyin nairori har sama da dari shida saboda kwaskwarimar gidaje da sayen motocin alfarma bai dace ba.Sannan wasu na ganin cewa bata ma chancanci rike mukamin ba saboda rashin gogewa da ilimi mai zurfi,saboda sana'ar data goge a kanta itace na gyran gashi!Tsohon shugaban kasa Cif Olusegun Obasanjo ne ya dankara wa 'yan Nijeriya ita saboda dalilan dashi kansa yafi kowa sani.

Tun lokacin da wasu 'yan majalisar wakilai karkashin lemar "Integrity Group" bisa jagorancin Hon.Faruk Lawan da John Halims Agoda Da Mercy Almona Isei suka shiga gwagwarmayar ganin Etteh ta rabu da kujerar ta magoya bayan ta ke zargin su da cewa suna wannan kaiwa da komowa ne saboda basu sami biyan bukatun su ba na shugabantar kwamitocin majalisar masu maiko. Shi dai Hon.Faruk Lawan shine jagoran wadanda suka tsaya har Etteh ta kujerar shugabancin majalisar wakilai an kuma wayi gari a yau shine jagoran masu son ganin bayan ta !

Bankado badakalar aringizon kwangilolin gyran gigan su Uwargida Etteh ke da wuya harkokin majalisar wakilai ya tsaya chak.Rabon majalisar ta zauna domin tattauna da tsara dokoki an kwana biyu saboda Etteh na fargaban majalisa ta zauna dan bata san yadda za'a kwashe ba. Lallai Uwargida Etteh ta tafka abun kunya da Allah-wadai ,ta kuma zubar da mutunci da kimar majalisar tarayya a idanun 'yan Nijeriya saboda haka ya zama wajibi ,ya zamo tilas tayi murabus! In kuma taki to lallai ya wajaba ga 'yan majalisar wakilai su tasa keyar ta , ta hanyar tsigewa sannan hukumomin yaki da cin hanci da almundahana suyi aikin su a kanta.

In har da gaske gwamnatin Alhaji Umaru Musa 'Yar'adua keyi na da'awar yaki da cin hanci da rub da ciki da dukiyar al'umma to su shawarce ta tayi murabus domin tana rike da mukami mai muhimmancin gaske na tsara wa kasa dokoki.Sannan zai zama wata dama ga gwamnatin na 'Yar'adua su rabu da yan amshin shatar Obasanjo da suke nema suyi wa gwamnatin sa kene-kane.

Ya kuma kamata Uwargida Etteh ta amsa kiraye-kirayen da shugabanin siyasa da addini da al'umma keyi mata na tayi murabus .Wannan kiraye -kiraye da ake yi mata ya nuna cewa a fili bata da goyon bayan 'yan Nijeriya,Sannan inda wani mutunci ko martaba da suke anin ta dashi ,to ya zube.Ita kuma a kokarinta na ganin cewa bata sauka daga kujerar ta na shugabantar majalisar waklai ba ta dauki wasu matakai da zasu kara jefa ta cikin tsaka mai wuya.Domin da farko tayi amfani da kabilanci ,inda ta kaiwa Alhaji Lamidi Adedibu ziyara shi kuma yayi maganganun neman tada zaune tsaye inda ya dangata matsalar ta da makomar kabilar 'Yarbawa.Haka kuma taso tayi amfani da addini inda ta bada umarnin masallacin dake gidanta mazauni sannan ta gina majami'a.

Ya kamata ta san da cewa ba wai 'yan Nijeriya sun tsane ta bane dan kawai tana mace ko Bayarabiya ba a'a suna ganin cewa bukatun kanta da jin dadin ta kawai shine a gaban ta.Saboda labarai dake fitowa game da ita suna nunawa ne zuwa ga almubazaranci.Tayi bikin kece raini a ranar zagayowar ranar haihuwar ta a kasar Amurka,ga kuma neman da tayi a saya mata injin tausa na miliyoyin nairori! Ga kuma wannan badakalar na kwaskwariman gida, gaidan da kwanannan Alhaji Aminu Bello Masari ya fita a cikin sa bayan zama na shekaru hudu da yayi.

Uwargida Etteh ta baiwa 'yan Nijeriya musamman mata da kabilar ta na 'Yarbawa kunya.Domin kungiyoyin mata da suka yi ta tsalle-tsalle na murnan ganin cewa hakar su ta fara cimma ruwa na ganin cewa ana damawa dasu a kololuwar siyasar Nijeriya ta basu kunya domin ta aikata abinda mazan da suka jagoranci majalisar basu aikata ba.Ta bangaren kabilar ta na 'Yarbawa ta sake dama masu lissafi domin ya sake bayyana a gare su cewa halin bera da handama da babakere bai takaita ga wasu kabila ko yankin kasar ba a'a matsala ce dake tattare da rashin adalci da rikon amana da kishin kasa.

TUNAWA DA RANAR KUDUS: RANAR JADDADA GOYON BAYA GA PALASTINAWA

A watan Yuli na shekarar 1979 marigayi Imamu Ruhullah al-Khomeini(r.a)ya bada fatawa ga al'ummar Musulmin duniya da masoya 'yanci da adalci na cewa kowace ranar Jumma'a ta karshen watan Ramalana ta kasance ranar Kudus. Kuma wannan fatawar ita ta canza al-kiblar gwagwarmayar Kudus da Palastinawa daga gwagwarmayar yan kasanci da Larabawa zuwa wani al'amari da ya hau kan al'ummar Musulmin duniya.

Menene Ranar Kudus? Kudus ta kasance Palastinu ga al'ummar Musulmi,ga su kuma Yahudawa ta kasance kasar Isra'ila. A kasar Kudus Masallacin al-Aksa ko Baitul-Mukaddas yake inda ya kasance al-Kibla ta farko ga Musulmi ,kuma Masallaci na uku mafi daraja bayan Ka'aba mai girma da Masallacin Manzo Muhammad(saw)dake garin Madinatun Munauwara.

Ranar Kudus ta kasance rana ta hadin kai a tsakanin Musulmin duniya domin tunkarar matsalar Kudus da ta kasance abunda ya shafi dukkan Musulmi,kuma ranar Kudus ta kasance ranar da Musulmin duniya zasu isar da sako da murya guda domin al'ummar duniya ta sani ko a sake tunatar da ita irin zaluncin da danniya da kama karya da cin mutumcin da Yahudawan kasar mamaya ta Isra'ila kewa al'ummar Palastinawa dama Musulmi musamman kasashen Musulmin dake makotaka da Isra'ila.Ranar Kudus ta kuma kasance ranar da al'ummar Musulmi zasu tattauna tare da nemo mafita game da halin da al'ummar Palastinu suka sami kan su da tono da bankado irin makirce-makircen da kasar mamaya ta Isra'ila kewa Palastinawa da al'ummar Musulmi a ko'ina cikin duniya.

Shekarun bayan yakin duniya na biyu zasu kasance a bin tunawa da jimami ba wai ga al'ummar Palastinu da Musulmi kadai ba ,a'a harma da masoya 'yanci da adalci da walwala a ko'ina cikin duniya saboda mamayar zalunci da mulkin mallaka na babakere da Isra'ila tayi wa Palastinu.Sannan labari ne sananne ta yadda kasar Isra'ila ta jera shekaru tana karkashe Palastinawa mata da yara da tsofaffi,tare da rusa masu gidaje da gonaki da makarantu da asibitoci da wuraren sana'a da tilastawa dubun dubatan Palastinawa hijira zuwa wasu kasashe .Duk da irin zaluncin keta da ta'asar da Isra'ila keta aikatawa har yanzu ,kasashen dake da'awar 'yanci da kare hakkin dan-adam da dimokaradiya ke tallafawa Isra'ila da bata cikakken kwarin gwiwa kan abinda take aikatawa na assha ga al'ummar Palastinu musamman kasar Amerika.

Ranar Kudus rana ce ta masoya yanci da adalci da zaman lafiya da daidaituwa da mutumta hakkin dan-adam a ko'ina cikin duniya wadanda suke nuna goyon bayan su ga Palastinawa da ake zalunta da kuma kokarin isar da sakon halin kakani-kayin da Palastinawa ke ciki ga wadanda basu sani ba ko kuma suka jahilci halin da Palastinawa e ciki a hannun kasar Isra'ila .Kuma ranar Kudus ta kasance ranar da al'ummar Musulmi zasu tunatar da kawunan su cewa Masallacin al-Aksa ko Baitul-Mukaddas baya karkashin kulawar su da ikon su.Kazalika Ranar Kudus ta kasance ranar da kusan shekaru ashirin al'ummar Musulmi dake da wayewa ta siyasar duniya dama wadanda ba Musulmi ba da suka tsani zalunci da danniya ke isar da sakonni ta hanyoyin da yafi yi masu sauki na isar da sakon su na Allah -wadai ga kasar mamayar Isra'ila da nema wa Palastinawa da ake zaluntagoyon baya domin al'ummar duniya su tallafa masu.

Ranar Kudus ta kasance rana ta musamman saboda ta kasance ranar da ake sake jaddada goyon baya ga al'ummar Palastinawa wanda Musulmin duniya keyi harma da masoya 'yanci a ko'ina cikin duniya.Ranar Kudus rana ce ta sake samun natsuwa a zukatan Musulmin duniya da Palastinawa kan sanin cewa dole wata rana Kudus ta komo hannun Musulmi da Palastinawa.

Mu rika tunawa da Ranar Kudus ta hanyoyin da zamu iya koda kuwa yaya yake domin mu nuna wa al'ummar Palastinawa da ake zalunta cewa muna tare da su, su kuma kasar mamaya ta Isra'ila su san da cewa bama goyon bayan ta'assar da suke aikatawa sannan muna Allah-wadai da zaluncin da suke aikatawa.Sannan mu sake jaddada muhimmancin Masallacin al-Aksa ko Baitul-Mukaddas ga Musulmin duniya.

LET THE COURTS DECIDE YAR'ADUA'S LEGITIMACY

Delivering his speech after been sworn-in as President and Commander in chief,Alhaji Umaru Musa Yar'adua admitted that the election that saw to his position was flawed.Also the reports of both local and international observers and reactions of opposition parties clearly stated that the election was sub-standard and lacked the proper procedure of accepted election.

Opposition parties and candidates that contested under their platforms did the accepted form of protest,which is laying their grievences before the election tribunals rather than inciting their party members and supporters to take the law into their hands.By this,the opposition received applause as this action of theirs potrayed them as peaceful and law abiding ,and they also became vigilant,as some politicians want to take advantage of the situation to hold on to power.

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo and Chairman of INEC Prof. Maurice Iwu are of the opinion that the election is a job well done and on the other hand the reports of observers,who reported that the April elections was the worst ever in the whole world.It is only the courts that will decide who is the liar between them!

Events unfolding after the April elections with regards to the opposition parties are disheartening and shameful especially with regard to opposition ANPP. Firstly ,the party came out loud and clear during and after the April elections that the election was massively rigged ! And later they changed gear by accepting to par take in goverment of national unity eventhough they had filed a suit against the presidential election!! Lastly they withdrew their suit against the presidential election in total disregard to the yearnings and aspirations of their supporters who underwent untold sufferings and hardships in the name of national unity!!!

Also information available indicates that the opposition AC and it's presidential candidate Alhaji Atiku Abubakar had been under pressure to also withdraw their suit against the presidential election .Will they also succumb to pressure and change their position by withdrawing their suit against the presidential election?

Still on the issue of withdrawing the presidential suit from courts,the media featured the news of attempt to convince General Muhammadu Buhari to withdraw his suit against the PDP,Alhaji Umaru Musa Yar'adua and Dr. Goodluck Jonathan.The delegation was led by former President Alhaji Shehu Shagari ,Galadiman Katsina Justice Mamman Nasir,Chairman First Bank Alhaji Umaru Mutallab and former chairman of defunct Democratic party of Nigeria (DPN)Alhaji Saleh Hassan,where they discuss extensively with General Buhari on the need for him to withdraw his suit in the electoral tribunal in the intrest of Northern and National unity.On the part of General Buhari he informred them on his determination to continue with his suit in the election tribunals.

Am of the opinion that pressure ,threat and intimidation should not be used on opposition parties and their flagbearers to to withdraw their suits in the election tribunals.,as it would not augur and speak well of our democracy .It is a must on us Nigerians to show the world our determination and sincerity in the process of building a sound and durable democracy in our country eventhough some individuals did what they did during the April elections.Nigerian policicians never learn from history and as such let us allow the courts to do their jobs as verdicts passed will serve as deterrant to future elections.Up coming politicians will also learn the process of how to legitimately become leaders and representatives of their people.

To President Umaru Musa Yar'adua, if those parading themselves as negotiators for pressuring ,intimidating and threatening the opposition parties and their flagbearers to withdraw their suits in courts are doing on your behalf ,Sir, you should stop them ,as it would send a bad signal to Nigerians and International community that your reforms on the electoral process are nor sincere.And Mr.President ,why are you afraid?There seems to be only two options now left which are either the courts to legitimise your election or to nullify the election.If Nigerians are satisfied with the way you conduct the affairs of this nation in the few months you ruled ,they will massively vote for you!

The massively rigged April elections and suits in election tribunals superceded the issue of Northerness,tribalism,religious sentiment and sectionalism.It is an issue of justice and providing exempleanery history for unborn Nigerians .It is also a must for us as Nigerians to ensure that process of assuming the mantle of leadership is constitionally followed for enshrinement of justice ,unity and purposeful leadership.

Eventhough many Nigerians are of the view that in the few months that President Yar'adua ruled Nigeria he has been able to achieve alot in such a short period,among his achievements are availability of fuel in all filling stations nationwide at a uniform price,revoking the sales of Kaduna and Port-Harcourt refineries,revoking of so many contracts that were not properlyawarded by the previous Obasanjo administration,stopping the mass sacking of the Nigerian workers and even returning many to their duty post e.t.c. With so many achievements in few months ,it still did'nt stop many from within and outside the country to continue to regard his goverment as illigitamate! President Yar'adua can only legitimise his goverment through the courts.All those seeking the opposition parties and their flagbearers to withdraw their suits from courts are not sincere advisers to President Yar'adua! It is only the final verdict of the courts that can place Yar'adua's goverment in it's proper position.

General Buhari has today remained the only true democrat standing! He should be aware that the struggle he is into of strenthening our democracy and the rule of law is appreciated and suported by all true lovers of democracy .And Buhari has reached a special stage where he has now occupied an exalted seat in the hall of fame of true democrats ,not only in Nigeria but in Africa as a whole.General Buhari should continue with his case in the election tribunal up to the supreme court without succumbing to pressure,threat,intimidation and blackmail ,as his suit is on behalf of the Nigerian masses.

Opposition parties that have joined the goverment of National unity and those that have withdrawn their suit in the presidential election had deceived and betrayed their members and supporters.They should be aware that history has prepared for them a special place and their parties may meet the fate of AD !

Nigerian masses should resist any attempt to turn their country to a one-party state,and should not be tired in any way in the struggle to place Nigeria among the nations where free and fair elections could be obtained.A new Nigeria that all will be proud of especially the black race all over the world.

Politicians in all political parties that have filed suits in the election tribunals should continue pursuing their cases and that of their supporters uptill the supreme court.It is a collective must on all Nigerians to ensure that our country earns respect and prestige in the world political arena.

A BAR KOTUNA SU HALASTA ZABEN YAR'ADUA

A jawabin da Alhaji Umaru Musa Yar'adua yayi bayan rantsar da shi a matsayin shugaban kasar Nijeriya ya fito karara ya amince da cewa an sami kura-kurai a zaben daya kaishi ga zama shugaban kasa .Sannan kuma rahoton kungiyoyin sa-ido da martanin da jam'iyyun adawa suka bayar bayan zaben na watan afrilu na nuni da cewa basu gamsu da zabubbukan ba.

Jam'iyyun adawa da yan takara a karkashin jam'iyyun nasu sun yi abinda ya dace , wato maimakon yanke wa kansu hukunci ta hanyar tunzura magoya bayan su , su tada zaune tsaye sai suka shigar da kararaki a gaban kotunan zabe dan neman abi masu kadin hakkin su dana magoya bayan su .Kuma wannan mataki da suka dauka ya janyo masu yabo da sam barka domin ya nuna cewa suna son zaman lafiya da kishin kasar su da toshe duk watav kofa da wasu zasu cimma burin su na siyasa.

Duk da ikirarin da tsohon shugaban kasa Cif Olusegun Obasanjo da shugaban hukumar zabe mai zaman kanta (INEC)Farfesa Maurice Iwu keyi na cewa zabe sam barka da kuma rahoton kungiyoyin sa-ido dasu kuma suka bada bayanan cewa ba'a taba zabe mai muni ba a duniya kamar zaben Nijeriya na wannan shekarar.To ko a nan akwai bukatar kotu ta fayyace mana tsakanin su , su wanene makaryata!

Abubuwan dake ta faruwa a kasar nan tun bayan zabe ta bangaren jam'iyyun adawa nada ban takaici musamman ta bangaren jam'iyyar adawa ta ANPP. Da farko suka fito sukayi babatun cewa an atafka magudi suka dawo suka karbi goron gayyata na shiga gwamnatin hadin kan kasa duk da cewa sun shigar da kara a gaban kotu .Sai gashi sun janye karar da suka shigar a kotu kan zaben shugaban kasa ba tare da duba irin halin matsi da takura da magoya bayan su suka shiga ba da sunan cewa dan kasa ta zauna lafiya.Haka ma bayanai nata zuwa na cewa jam'iyyar AC da dan takarar shugaban kasar ta Alhaji Atiku Abubakar na fuskantar matsin lamba kan cewa suma su janye karar da suka shigar kotu.Ko suma zasu yi amai su lashe ?

Kan dai batun janye kararaki a gaban kotunan zabe ,kafofin watsa labarai sun ruwaito yunkurin shawo kan Janar Muhammadu Buhari ya janye karar sa dake gaban kotu kan batun magudin zabe da ya gurfanar da jam'iyyar PDP da Alhaji Umaru Musa Yar'adua da Dakta Jonatan Goodluck .Inda bisa jagorancin tsohon shugaban kasa Alhaji Shehu Shagari da Galadiman Katsina mai sharia Mamman Nasir da shugaban bankin First Bank Alhaji Umaru Mutallab da kuma tsohon shugaban rusheshiyar jam'iyyar DPN Alhaji Saleh Hassan suka yi zama na musamman da Janar Buhari domin shawo kan sa ya janye karar sa dake gaban kotu ,saboda suna ganin cewa ta haka za'a sami hadin kai da zaman lafiya a kasa.Ta bangaren Janar Buhari bai yi kasa a gwiwa ba wajen sanar dasu cewa zai cigaba da bin kadin shari'ar sa.

Ni a ganinav bai kamata ana tursasawa jam'iyyun adawa da yan takara su janye karar da suka shigar kotu ba.Yin haka tawaya ne ga tsarin dimokaradiya .Dole ne mu nuna wa kasashen duniya cewa da gaske muke bisa da'awar bin tsarin dimokaradiya duk da abinda wasu suka aikata a lokacin zaben wannan shekarar.Yan siyasar Nijeriya basa daukan darasi da yiwa kansu fada,amma in shari'a tayi aikin ta ,to zai zama darasi ga yan baya gun ganin cewa sun bi hanyoyin da suka dace dan zama shugabanni da wakilan al'umma.

Ina kuma kira ga shugaban kasa Alhaji Umaru Musa Yar'adua , da in da bazar sa ake rawa wajen kokarin ganin cewa an shawo kan yan adawa su janye kararakin su dake gaban kotu ,to lallai ya tsawatar ya kuma hana saboda zai nuna cewa bada gaske yake ba kan gyara batun zabe da kuma kokarin sa na tsabtace harkokin zabe. Kuma tsoron me yake ji ! Cikin biyu dole a yi abu guda wato ko kotuna su tabbatar da zaben sa ko kuma su rushe zaben suce a sake ,in yan Nijeriya sun gamsu da ayyukan da yayi a watannin da suka gabata sai su zabe shi !

Zancen magudin zabe da kararakin dake gaban kotuna sun shige zancen Arewaci ko Kabilanci ko Bangaranci ! Zance ake kan tabbatar da adalci da samar da kyakyawar turba a tarihi yayin da yan baya zasu karanci tarihin kasar nan anan gaba Dole ne a dawo da tsarin samar da shugabanci bisa turban gaskiya da adalci da rikon amana.

Duk da cewa wasu yan Nijeriya na ganin cewa Shugaba Yar'adua yayi rawan gani a wasu fannonin a watannin da yayi bisa kujerar mulki kamar samar da wadatattcen man fetur a farashi bai daya da soke cinikin matatar man fetur na Kaduna da Fatakwal da wasu kwangilolin da basa bisa ka'ida a gwamnatin baya da dakatar da korar ma'aikata dama dawo da wasun su bakin aiki da sauran su. Duk wannan bai hana wasu a cikin gida da kasashen waje daina ganin gwamnatin sa a matsayin haramtacciyar gwamnati ba! Shugaba Yar'adua na iya samar wa gwamnatin sa halacci ne kadai ta hanyar kotuna!! Masu kaiwa da komowa domin ganin an janye kararakin ba masoya na gaskiya bane ga shugaba Yar'adua!!! Gaba tafi baya yawa dan tarihi ba zai kyale duk wanda dashi aka dafa aka sha a zaben wannan shekarar ba sai in har kotu ta zartar da hukuncin ta.

Janar Buhari a yau ya kasance gwarzon dimokaradiya shi kadai tilo,ya san da cewa gwagwarmayar da yake yi na gyara al'amurran dimokaradiyya a Nijeriya a yau duk masoya cigaban dimokaradiyya na gaskiya na tare da shi .Kuma ya san da cewa ya taka matsayi na musamman a farfajiyar bunkasar dimokaradiya ba'a Nijeriya kadai ba a'a a Afrika gabaki daya.Kada ya ja da baya ya bi kadin shari'ar da ya shigar a madadin talakawan Nijeriya har kotun koli ta kasa!

Jam'iyyun adawa da suka shiga gwamnati da wadanda suka janye shari'ar da suka shigar kotu su san da cewa sun ci amanar yan jam'iyyar su da magoya bayan su.Su kuma sani cewa lallai tarihi ya tanadar masu inda zai ajiye su,kuma tabbas su saurari makoma irin ta jam'iyyar AD!

Ga talakawan Nijeriya kada mu taba yarda a maida kasar mu mai bin tsarin jam'iyya guda, kuma kada mu gaji da gwagwarmayar sai kasar mu ta shiga sahun kasashen da ake zabe na gaskiya da amana ,kasar mu ta kasance abun koyi ga kasashen Afrika da abin alfahari ga bakaken fata a ko'ina cikin duniya.

Yan siyasa a kowane jam'iyya da suka shigar da kara a kotu su cigaba da bin kadin hakkokin magoya bayan su har kotun koli.Dole ne mu hada karfi da karfe wajen dawo da martaba da mutumcin kasar mu a idon kasashen duniya.

KO YA DACE JAM’IYYUN ADAWA SU SHIGA GWAMNATIN HADIN KAN KASA?

Tun ranar da aka rantsar da Alhaji Umaru Musa Yar’adua a matsayin Shugaban Kasa ya amince da cewa an sami kurakurai a zaben daya kaishi kan kujerar shugaban kasa.Ya kuma nuna sha’awar hada kai da yan’adawa domin ciyar da kasa gaba. Da wannan tayin yan’adawa ke ta kaiwa da komowa kan amincewa ko a’a da gayyatar da Shugaba Yar’adua yayi masu har dai suka amince suka karbi goron gayyata.
Wannan tayin da alamun zai kawo rarrabuwan kai tsakanin yan ‘adawa saboda har an sami sabanin ra’ayuka tsakanin yan’takarar shugaban kasa a jam’iyyun adawa manya wato jam’iyyun ANPP da AC. Jam’iyyar ANPP ce ta fara amsar goron gayyatar, yayin da dan takarar ta na shugaban kasa Janar Muhammadu Buhari yaki amincewa saboda a cewar sa suna gaban kotu kan rashin amincewar su da sakamakon zaben .Ta bangaren jam’iyyar AC sun bayyana sharadan da in aka amince dasu to zasu amsa goron gayyata ,inda daga bisani da dan takarar ta na shugaban kasa Alhaji Atiku Abubakar ya dawo gida Nijeriya daga neman magani a kasashen waje ya bayyana matsayin sa na cewa ba zasu amshi ko shiga gwamnatin Yar’adua ba saboda suna gaban kotu.
Da alamun shugaba Yar’adua yayi babban nasara wajen dakushe kaifin yan’adawa saboda an sami banbancin matsaya tsakanin manyan jam’iyyun adawa da yan takarar shugaban kasa a jam’iyyun su .Jam’iyyun na ganin cewa tunda shugaba Yar’adua ya name su kan warware matsalolin da suke addaban Nijeriya to ya zama wajibi su zauna su tattauna domin samin mafita.Su kuma yan’ takarar shugaban kasa a jam’iyyun na ganin cewa tunda suna gaban manta sabo kan ki da amincewar da zaben gaba daya to babu dalilin da zai sa su zauna teburi guda da Yar’adua a matsayin Shugaban Kasa sai in har kotu ta zartar da hukuncin ta.Wannan sabanin ra’ayin na Buhari da Atiku da jam’iyyun su na iya janyo dangantaka mai tsami ko raba gari gabaki daya a tsakanin su.
Shugaba Yar’adua na neman goyon bayan yan’adawa ne duk da yanda daga farko shugaban jam’iyyar sa ta PDP Sanata Ahmadu Ali ya bayyana cewa babu bukatar shigowa da yan’adawa cikin gwamnatin PDP.Amma ganin cewa Shugaba Yar’adua ya kafe kan tafiya tare da yan ‘adawa, jam’iyyar sa ta PDP ta mika wuya.Cikin bukatun abubuwan da yake so su tattauna da yan ‘adawa sun hada da samo hanyar bunkasar tattalin arzikin kasa da warware matsalar yankin Neja Dalta da batun tsaron kasa da sake fasalin kundin tsarin mulkin kasa da kuma kawo gyara a tsarin gudanar da zabe .An kuma ruwaito cewa zai basu kujerun ministoci da jakadu da mashawarta dau wasu mukaman.
An fara zaman farko tsakanin Shugaba Yar’adua da jam’iyyun adawa ranar 26 ga watan Mayu .Cif John Oyegun da Sanata Ahmed Sani Yarima da Sanata Umar Kumo ne suka jagoranci tawagar jam’iyyar ANPP yayin da Cif Audu Ogbeh da Dakta Abubakar Rimi da Alhaji Bashir Dalhatu suka jagoranci tawagar jam’iyyar AC zuwa wajen taron.Inda Mataimakin Shugaban Kasa Dakta Jonatan Goodluck ya shugabanci taron a madadin Shugaban Kasa.Ya kumata mika nasu bukatun ga yan’adawa ,suka kuma yan’adawa suka mika nasu bukatun ga gwamnatin Yar’adua.Inda daga bisani jam’iyyar ANPP ce ta fara amincewa da hada kai da gwamnatin Yar’adua,sai kuma jam’iyyar PPA ,amma jam’iyyar AC na ta kwamgaba gwambaya saboda wasu na so wasu kuma suna tare da ra’ayin Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
Amma me yasa manyan jam’iyyun adawa suka mika wuya ta hanyar amsar gayyatar shiga gwamnatin hadin kai? Wasu masu fashin bakin siyasa na ganin cewa jam’iyyun na adawa na ganin haka shi yafi dacewa a gare su saboda da alamun cewa gwamnatin Yar’adua ta zauna da gidin ta saboda sunyi kira ga al’ummar kasa da su fito zanga-zangar kin amincewa da gwamnatin Yar’adua a ranar 1 ga watan Mayu amma talakawan kasa basu amsa kiran nasu ba.Sannan kasashen duniyar duk da kiran yan ‘adawa na su kaurace wa gwamnatin Yar’adua sunyi watsi da kiran sun rungumi gwamnatin Yar’adua harma da gayyatar sa taron manyan kasashen duniya na G-8.Haka kuma suma jam’iyyun ‘adawa a jihohin da suka kafa gwamnati jam’iyyar PDP a jihohin sun gurfanar dasu a kotu kan zargin tafka magudi suma inda yanda guguwar canji dake bugawa a bangaren shari’a na iya raba gwamnonin su da kujerun su.Wasu kuma yan’adawar ba zasu iya zama shekaru hudu ba suna adawa saboda sunfi ganewa a dama dasu.Sannan akwai wasu cikin yan adawar da zasu mika wuya ga gwamnatin Yar’adua saboda suma a manta da yanda suka gudanar da mulkin jihohin su.Shugabanin al’umma daga Arewa suma sun kasance cikin sahun gaba na a baiwa gwamnatin Yar’adua cikakken goyon baya.Kungiyar ACF da NU duk sun rungumi Shugaba Yar’adua ,shima Sarkin Musulmi Saad Abubakar ya jagoranci tawagar sarakuna domin yiwa Shugaba Yar’adua mubaya’a, kazalika manyan malaman addini na Musulmi da Kirista duk suna yiwa Shugaba Yar’adua mubaya’a da kungiyoyi daban daban na matasa da yan’kasuwa da sauran su sun je sunyi wa Shugaba Yar’adua mubaya’a .
Janar Muhammadu Buhari na fuskantar babbar kalubale a rayuwar sa ta siyasa saboda in ya nace kan cigaba da bin kadin shari’rar sa a kotu sabanin matsayin jam’iyyar sa ta ANPP to zai iya kaiwa jam’iyyar ta dauki mataki a kan sa. Abokanen adawar sa a jam’iyyar AC na iya komawa inda suka fito wato jam’iyyar PDP saboda jam’iyyar har ta kafa kwamitin da zai dawo da ya’yan ta da aka sami sabanin ra’ayi suka bar jam’iyyar da su dawo a cigaba da harkoki dasu a jam’iyyar PDP.In haka ya kasance to Janar Buhari Kadai za’a bari kan shari’a da gwamnatin Shugaba Yar’adua.Amma bayanan dake fitowa daga offishin kamfen din tsohon Mataimakin Shugaban Kasa Alhaji Atiku Abubakar na nuni da cewa zai bi kadin shari’ar da ya shigar gaban kotu.Kuma wasu na ganin cewa dawowar tsohon Shugaban Kasa Obasanjo cikin harkokin jam’iyyar PDP a matsayin shugaban kwamitin dattawa na iya zama dalili na duk wadanda suke da matsala da Obasanjo suki amincewa da batun sulhun dawowar su jam’iyyar.
Wasu jam’iyyun adawa karkashin lemar NUD su kuma sun tubure kan batun kafa gwamnatin wucin gadi,wato suna kan bakan su na cewa Shugaba Yar’adua yayi murabus ya mika mulki ga gwamnatin hadaka ta wucin gadi domin gudanar da sabon zabe.Amma da wuya su iya wani tasiri saboda manyan jam’iyyun adawa guda uku wato ANPP da Ac Da PPA sun nuna sha’awar su ga samar wa Nijeriya mafita sabanin bin hanyoyin da baza su cimma wata nasara ba a tunanin su.
Wasu yan ‘Nijeriya na ganin cewa akwai bukatar yiwa Shugaba Yar’adua uzuri domin ayyukan sa na nuni da cewa da gaske yake wajen samun bakin zaren matsalolin da suka hana Nijeriya cigaba .Suna kuma ganin cewa ya dauki matakan da suka fara nuna cewa shi ba dan amshin shatar tsohon shugaban kasa Obasanjo bane.Suna kawo misalai da yanda ya amshi bukatun kungiyar kwadago harma da daukan alkawarin cewa gwamnatin sa ba zata kara kudin man fetur ba har nan da watanni goma sha biyu da kuma sakin Alhaji Mujahid Asari Dokubo da soke kwangilolin da tsuhuwar gwamnati ta bayar da basu cikin kasafin kudin bana .Ga kuma kira da yake tayi na kowa da kowa yazo ya bada gudunmawarsa ga cigaban Nijeriya.
In da gaske ake kan batun cigaban dimokaradiyya a Nijeriya to babu bukatar jam’iyyun adawa su shiga gwamnatin hadin kan kasa saboda haka na nuni ga kasantuwar Nijeriya mai jam’iyya guda daya .Adawa a dimokaradiyya dole ne! Kuma wannan hadin kan kasa za’ayi yayin da jam’iyyar PDP na da kasa biyu bisa uku a majalisun tarrayya da na dattijai ga jihohi har guda ashirin da bakwai!! Sai dai in jam’iyyun adawa zasu ci amanar magoya bayan ta ne !!! Wadanda aka kashe,aka daure ,aka ci zarafin su ya zama a banza kenan.Kuma a gaskiya jam’iyyun zasu shiga halin da jam’iyyar AD ta sami kanta a yanzu.Dole a yabawa Janar Buhar da Alhaji Atiku Abukakar kan tsahin daka da suke nunawa na ganin cigaban dimokaradiya a Nijeriya ,kuma su sani cewa dukkan masu son cigaban tsarin dimokaradiya ta gaskiya na tare dasu.Su kuma tsaya kan matakin da suka dauka babu gudu babu ja da baya.
Talakawan Nijeriya na kallon yanda al’amurra ke gudana da kuma fatan cewa kowa zai girbi abinda ya shuka ,saboda yan’siyasa da yan’boko a kasar nan bukatun kan su ne a gaba.Sannan suna zuba ido su gan yanda zata kare a gaban shari’a tsakanin gwamnatin Yar’adua da yan takarar shugaban kasa wato Buhari da Atiku domin da alamun jam’iyyun su zasu janye jikin su daga cigaba da bin kadin magoya bayan su a gaban kotu.

SARAKUNA DA MALAMAN ADDINI SUNA TARE DA TALAKAWA KUWA?

A jerin shugabannin al’umma a kasar mu Nijeriya ,Sarakuna da Malaman Addini nada matsayi da martaba na musamman kasantuwar su iyayen al’umma.Sun kasance fitilu masu haskakawa al’umma hanya kan yadda zasu tafi da rayuwar su bisa tsari da tarbiya kan tafarkin da sukayi imani dashi.Kuma sun kasance masu umarni ga al’umma kan aikata kyawawan aiyuka da gujewa munanan aiyuka.

Talakawa na matukar girmama su da amsar umarnin su saboda imanin da suke dashi na cewa baza su so duk wani abin da zai cutar da su ba.Amma sabanin irin rawar da sarakuna da malaman addini suka saba takawa, a yau mun wayi gari wasu daga cikin su sun sake salon tafiyar su ta wajen kasancewa tare da masu mulki da masu hannu da shuni.A yau a bayyane yake wasun su sun raba gari da talaka ,sun shiga tawagar masu mulki da masu hannu da shunin da suka dora kasar nan bisa tafarkin jari hujja da tsarin su talaka shine makiyi abin ki,saboda tsare tsaren su da manufofin su a kullum sai kara jefa talaka cikin halin kakani kani da bakar wahala suke kara tsunduma talaka.

Malaman addini a ko’ina cikin duniya an shaide su da a kullum da kasance tare da gaskiya kuma kira ga mabiyan su kan kamanta gaskiya da rikon amana .Basa tsoron fadin gaskiya komai dacinta .Sannan kuma basa hada kai da azzalumai da yan handama da masu halin fataken dare.Littatafan tarihin addini a cike yake da gwarazan malaman da sukayi kira da a daina zalunci,har ma wasun sun jagoranci al’umma ga kawar da zalunci da kama karya.A zamanin nan da muke ciki a idanun mu mun gan ko jin labaran malaman addinin da suka murkushe zalunci da azzalumai,dama malaman da aka daure su,ko aka tilasta masu gudun hijira ,koma aka raba su da rayukan su ba dan komai ba sai dan suna hani ga zalunci da danniya da wasu kalilan mutane suke yiwa mafi rinjayen mutane dan kawai tsarin tursasa al’umma na hannun su.

An wayi gari wasu malaman addini suna fassara littafan addinan su bisa tafarkin da zasu da’da’da wa masu mulki rai dan su sami abin duniya.Mun wayi gari in kayi fashin mulki ko magudin zabe zasu ce Allah ne ya baka! In ka saci dukiyar al’umma zasu ce Allah ne ya azurta ka!! In ka tursasa al’umma da karfin tsiya kan abinda sukayi intifakin basa so zasu ce Allah yace a bika!!! Kuma a yau mun wayi gari wasu malaman addini sune a kullum kan hanyar gidajen gwamnatocin jiha da tarrayya da gidajen wadanda kowa yasan ta hanyar da suka tara dukiyar su.

Ba wai ina cewa laifi bane ga sarakuna da malaman addini suyi mu’amala da masu mulki da masu hannu da shuni bane a’a matsalar shine na basa iya fada masu hakikanin gaskiyar halin da talakawa da kasa ke ciki.Talakawa na shan bakar wahalan da basu taba sha ba tun kafuwar kasar nan Nijeriya.Babu aikin yi da rashin magunguna a asibitoci da rashin wutar lantarki da rashin da babun suna da yawa.Amma wasu sarakuna da malaman addini sun tsuke bakunan su ,sun wayan ce kamar komai na tafiya dai dai! Kullum suka buda bakunan su sai kan talaka,sarakuna su fadawa talakawa su zauna lafiya ba tare da fadawa masu mulki suyi adalci ba, malaman addini kuma wa’azin su a kan talaka sukeyi kan ya daina kaza babu kyau ba tare da fadawa masu mulki su daina jefa talaka cikin matsi ba.
Babu ja kan cewa sarakuna da malaman addini suna da matsayi da martaba na musamman a al’ummar kasar nan.Shin matsayin da martaban bai ishe su bane suke tarewa a gindin masu mulki?Sannan akwai wani abin duniya da suka rasa shi yasa suka zama maroka ga masu mulki?Suna tsammanin kan mutane bai waye bane har yanzu suke fadin son zuciyar su a matsayin umarnin addini?Suna zaton cewa bin son zuciyan masu mulki shi zai kare masu kujerun su?Kuma sai a yaushe zasu samar wa kansu yanci a daina kiran su yan amshin shatan gwamnati?

A shugabannin al’umma a yanzu sarakuna da malaman addini ne kawai suka rage da talakawa kewa kallon da kyakyawan zato saboda imanin da suke dashi na cewa zasu yi masu jagoranci na gari da kare masu hakkokin su da samar masu kyakyawan yanayin da rayuwar su zata kasance cikin sauki da walwala.Shin ba babbar cin amana bane a ce a yau a matsayin su na jagorori sufi damuwa da samun biyan bukatun kan su kan na mabiyan su?Basa tunanin cewa talakawa na kallon su ,suna kuma iya yi masu irin nasu fassaran ,kuma masu iya magana na cewa mutumci madara ne in ya zube baya kwasuwa duka.

Tarihin kasashen turai da wasu a Asiya ya nuna irin rawar da sarakuna da malaman addini suka taka a baya. Me ya kawo karshen tasirun su a yau?amsa a bayyane yake ,saboda dasu aka hada kai da baki ana zaluntar talaka ,sun hada baki da masu mulki da kuma guguwar juyin juya hali yazo sai yayi awon gaba dasu gabaki daya.Shi yasa a wasu kasashen ma gabaki daya babu burbushin tsarin mulkin sarautar gargajiya,su kuma malaman addini suka rasa tasiri a rayuwar al’umma kan umartan su da kyakyawan aiki da hani ga mumunan aiki.

Ina sarakunan da suka tsayawa ,tare da daurewa masu magudin zabe gindi kan su zauna daram a kujerun su na mulki a kasar nan suke?Abinda yaci doma ba zai bar awai ba!Kuma tarihin kasar nan tun jamhuriya ta farko zuwa yau,sarakunan da suka bada hadin kai wajen dorawa talaka wanda bashi ya zaba ba na karewa da murabus!Haka ma duk malamin addinin daya hada baki da masu mulki na rasa girma da kima a idon jama’a dan suna ganin sa a matsayin malamin gwamnati.

Martaban sarakuna da malaman addini na iya karuwa sosai in suka martaba bukatun talaka da kare hakkokin sa.Su sami manufar fadawa masu mulki gaskiya koda a gaban sune,tare da basu shawarwarin da rayuwan talaka zata inganta da kuma kiran su dasu daina cigaba da duk manufofin dake kara jefa talaka cikin matsi.In kuma suka ziyarci gidajen gwamnati daga kananan hukumomi zuwa na tarayya ya kasance bukatun al’umma ne ya kaisu bawai samar wa kamfanonin su da ya’yan su kwangiloli da mukaman gwamnati ba .Yanda suke iya fadawa talaka gaskiya ,su iya fadawa masu mulki gaskiya.Kuma ya kamata a koda yaushe su kasance cikin sahun farko na kira ga gwamnati su canza duk wata manufa da al’umma ke kukan zai matsa masu,ba wai wasu daban su kasance a sahun gaba ba wajen kwatowa talaka yanci.

Shugabani na gari abin koyi ne ga talakawan su .Duk shugaban da ya sace dukiyar al’umma ko a baya ko a yanzu ya zama wajibi ga sarakuna da malaman addini su san irin mu’amalar da zasu yi dasu ,saboda rungumar su a jiki ke bada kwarin gwiwa ga yan’baya kan cewa suma za’a rungume su idan suka bada kudi aka gina wuraren ibadu da kuma kai gaisuwa fada ayi masu sarauta.Talakawa na tare da sarakuna da malaman addini ,da fatan suma kamar yanda ake martaba su,zasu cigaba da kasantuwa da talakawa,domin sabanin haka na iya janyowa talakawa su daina ganin kimar su wanda ka iya zama barazana ga al’umma gabaki daya domin in babba ya tsawatar aka ki sauraran sa to wa ke iya wannan babban aiki na dora al’umma bisa tafarkin shiriya?

SAMAR DA SABUWAR TASWIYAR HANYA GA MATAN HAUSAWA

Mata a kasar Hausa sun kasance cikin matan da akafi kulawa da su da kokarin ganin sun sami nagartattacen rayuwa kan sauran mata na wasu bangarorin Nijeriya.Hukumomi ma basu yi kasa a gwiwa ba wajen taimakawa mata a inda a jihohi da dama ana basu ilimi kyauta da kulawa ta musamman in suna da juna biyu a asibitoci har zuwa haihuwa. A wannan makalar in mukayi zancen matan Hausawa sun kunshi dukkan matan dake zaune a Arewacin Nijeriya.Kan batun ma wanene Bahaushe ? Zamu barshi dan tattaunawa a wani lokacin .
Duk da a bayyane za'a ga kamar rayuwar matan Hausawa na tafiya ba tare da wata matsala ba, amma a hakikanin gaskiya akwai matsaloli da dama da al'umma suka tsuke bakunan su akai , kuma ba'a wani kokari na ganin an samar da mafita ga wadannan matsalolin .Bisa fahimtar addini da al'ada , da ci da sha da muhalli da tufafarwa duk sun ta'allaka akan miji ,amma kuma sai mazaje da mataye suka yiwa wannan umarnin addini da kuma al'ada wata fahimta ta daban .Wato ta bangaren maza suka noke da fahimtar samun wata dama da zasu dankwafar da mata ta hanyar kin basu damar da zasu inganta rayuwar su su kuma bada nasu gudunmawar ga cigaban ungwanin su da garin su da kasa gabaki daya .Su kuma mata sai suka fake da samun wannan damar na samun bukatun rayuwa bisa tsarin addini da al'ada ,sai yasa suka zauna suka mike kafa basa wani kokari ko yunkurin ganin rayuwar su ta inganta.
Kafin wasu su yi mani kartattacen fahimta , ina magana ne akan yadda rayuwar mata a kasar Hausa ta ta'allaka kan maza ba tare da yin wani yunkurin da rayuwar matan zata inganta su tsaya da kafafun su ba. Duk da cewa matsalolin tattalin arziki a yau ya tilasta wasu mazajen da mata su samar wa kan su mafita ta hanyar koyon sana'oi da kasuwanci da karatu mai zurfi ta fannin addini da boko dan samun ayyukan yi.Amma har yanzu akwai mazan da burin su shine yiwa matan su na aure mulkin mallaka ta wajen toshe duk wata hanyar da zasu sami kudin shiga.Wasu mazan kuma koda sunyi wa budurwa ko matan da zasu aura alkawarin cigaba da makaranta ko aiki,da zaran sun aure su sai suyi mirsisi su ki cika alkawarin da suka dauka.
Saboda hana mata samun kudin shiga ta hanyar aikin yi ko kasuwanci ko sana'a shike zafafa kishi yayin da mazajen su zasu kara aure domin suna ganin duk abinda mijin nasu ya mallaka wata cima zaune zata zo a raba da ita.Haka kuma so dayawa in mijin talaka ne wanda bai mallaki abin duniya ba ,da zarar ya mutu ko wata lalurar rashin lafiya ya sami mijin sai iyalen su shiga halin kakani kani. Ta kan kai da an bar matan da ya'ya, ya rage gare ta tasan yadda zata yi dasu.
Wai ma shin mun taba tambayar kawunan mu me yasa matan Hausawa ke daukan maganan gado da muhimmanci?Sannan kuma me kesa mai mata fiye da guda matan nasa zasu yi ta gasar haihuwa?Shin me ke kawo takun saka tsakanin matan marigayi da yan'uwan sa wajen rabon gado? Kuma me ke yawan kawo rabon gado a kotuna tsabanin shekarun baya da ake rabawa a gida?
Tun ranar gini tun ranar zane ,mafi yawan maza in suka je neman aure zancen da suka fi yiwa mata shine na basu aljannar duniya wanda ke jawo wasu yan'matan ma in makaranta ko aiki suke sai su daina domin kakar su ta yanke saka.Zai fi kyau tun ana neman auren a rika karfafa wa mata gwiwa domin su fuskanci rayuwa ,su kasance suna da manufa da burin da suke so su cimma a rayuwa.So dayawa irin wannan baiwar kan bayyana ga wasu matan yayin da mutuwa ta raba su da mazajen su ko rabuwan auren.Da dama sun shahara ta fannoni da dama da suka zabar wa kan su.
Matan Hausawa na bukatar sabon tsarin rayuwa da zasu taimakawa kan su da mazajen su da ya'yan su da iyayen su da yan'uwan su.Suna bukatar tallafi da karfafa gwiwa kan abinda suka zabar wa kan su a rayuwa.In sana'a take sha'awa ,to a tallafa mata wajen koyon sana'ar da kuma girmama su in akazo harkar cinikayya . Sannan in makaranta take sha'awa to a tallafa mata da taimaka mata har ta cimma wannan burin nata . Haka kuma in aiki zata yi a taimake ta dayi mata kyayawan zato.Ta wannan hanyar lallai mata zasu bada babban gudunmawa ga bunkasar tattalin arzikin kasa.
A zamanin nan da muke ciki da mafi yawan yaran da ake haihuwa mata ne ,akwai bukatar dora su bisa tafarkin da zasu zama masu dogaro da kan su saboda in suka sami kan su a halin mutuwan iyayen su ko mazan su na aure ,ko in auren su ya mutu ko kuma rashin samun mijin aure da wuri , ba zasu kasance cikin wani mumunan hali ba,su kasance suna masu iya dogaro da kan su dama taimakawa wasu.Kuma a wannan zamanin na jari hujja da gwamnati ta janye kusan dukkan tallafi kan abubuwan more rayuwa,magidanta da dama na shan bakar wahala wajen baiwa iyalen su abubuwan jin dadin rayuwa.Shin ba abu mai kyau bane iyalen sa suma su bada nasu gudunmawa ga tafiyar da gida?
Domin a zamanin da muke ciki a yanzu in magidanci na bukatar ya'yan sa su sami nagartattcen ilimi sai ya kai su makarantu masu zaman kan su .Haka ma batun kiwon lafiya da sauran al'amurran tafi da rayuwa na yau da kullum. Ga halin rasa aiki ko sana'a da dubban magidanta suka sami kan su bisa sauye sauye a manufofin gwamnati ,shi ke nan in maigida ya sami kansa cikin tsaka mai wuya sai iyalen sa gaba daya su tagayyara?A kullum muna cin karo da gungun mata da ya'yan su masu tsaida mutane a kan hanya suna neman taimako ko in ce bara,da dubban kananan yara (musamman mata )da ake turo su daga kauyuka domin a'ikatau a gidaje a birane.
Sannan wani babban matsalar da ake fama da ita da kusan kowa ya tsuke bakin sa shine na matsalar yawan Zaurawa .Kusan yadda ake yawan aure ,haka ake yawan sakin matan ,ko kuma mazajen su gudu su bar matan! Me ke kawo yawan sakin mata a yanzu?Koma menene dalilan akwai bukatar samin bakin warware wannan matsalar na yawaitan Zaurawa.
Kungiyoyin mata da kungiyoyin mutunta hakkin yan'adam da matan shugabanni a kowane mataki bisa jagorancin Shugabanin addini ya kamata suyi kokarin ganin ana martaba mata tare da bi masu hakkin su yayin da mazajen su zasu sake su .A wannan lokacin na tsarin dimokaradiyya akwai bukatar neman majalisun dokoki daga jiha har tarayya su yi dokokin da dole in magidanci zai saki matar sa sai a kotu da biyan ta wasu makudan kudade da zai ishe ta tafi da rayuwar ta har ta sake aure. Mafi yawan masu sakin matan su nada ketar ganin matan su tagayyara su kuma rasa tudun dafawa .Haka kuma sau dayawa akan sha wahala da mata ana zaman aure ,amma da zarar walwala tazo sai mazajen su, su hura masu wutar kiyayya har sai an rabu,kiri kiri suna ji suna gani dadi yazo za'a ci babu su. Sannan ga maza marasa tausayi da suke sakin matan su in wata laluran rashin lafiya ta same su dan kawai kada su kashe kudin su wajen neman magani.Wasu mazan kuma dan hannun su da shuni sai su auri mata su sake su in suka cimma burin su !
Lokaci yayi da matan Hausawa zasu hada kafada da sauran matan kasashen da suka cigaba musamman na kasashen Musulmi inda suke da dama kamar kowa ta wajen samun ilimi mai zurfi da damawa asha dasu a harkokin kasuwanci da kimiyya da siyasa.Amma wannan damar ba zata samu ba sai sun yinkuro da kan su domin ganin cewa ana basu damar da addinin su ya basu ,tare da juya baya ga duk wata al'ada da zai tauye cigaban su a rayuwar zamanin mu na yau domin su bada tasu gudunmawar ga bunkasar tattalin arziki da cigaban Arewa da Nijeriya.

Memo to Nigerian Masses

With the amalgamation of Northern and Southern protectorates as one entity named Nigeria in 1914, the Nigerian masses have been giving the highest contribution to the growth and development of Nigeria. Masses contributed their quota in terms of monies they paid as taxes, cheap labour for production and even their lives when Nigeria was at the brink of disintegration.

During the colonial period the Nigerian masses were exploited by the British imperialist colonial masters through large scale production of agricultural products such as the pyramids of groundnuts in Kano, mass production of cotton, cocoa, palm oil, cassava e.t.c which the British determine their prices instead of them to determine the price of their own products for shipment to Britain. Masses provided the almost free labour that railway was constructed to facilitate transport of goods and services to the sea for export. They paid taxes on everything from paying taxes on themselves, members of their families and on almost everything they owned such as cattle, livestock, farmland and household property. This exploitation was perfected through the collaboration of traditional rulers and middlemen in the name of indirect rule.

When Nigeria obtained independence in 1960, the Nigerian masses had the hope that their condition of living would improve as their fellow blacks were to be at the helm of affairs. But what did the masses have in return for their sufferings and exploitation during the colonial period? The new ruling class instead of bringing the nation together to harness the abundant human and natural resources that the nation was blessed with, they were only concerned with how they could garner more influence and power though laying the foundation of tribalism, nepotism, regionalism and religious differences.

Ethnicity and regionalism reached zenith in 1966 when Igbo military officers toppled the first republic and paving the way to Nigerian civil war that consumed the lives of more than one million Nigerian masses on both sides of the conflict . The principal actors of the Nigerian civil war fled when they saw outright defeat leaving the used masses to face the wrath of the advancing victors to safe haven abroad and are today living and enjoying.

The Nigerian Masses have no friends, comforters, sympathizers and helpers .The ruling elites, either military or civilians, have always collaborated with traditional rulers, the clergy and business community to inflict more hardship on the masses through implementation of policies such as SAP, increase in prices of petroleum products and deregulation of the economy. Masses are left to suffer alone as whenever they tried to rise to resist such policies the traditional rulers and clergy men will be at work preaching peace and Almighty wrath on whoever tries to cause violence. They never speak on behalf of the masses to the ruling class that the masses are suffering and the government should scrap those inhuman policies.

Masses in Nigeria are used to turn against each other through preaching of intolerance and hate by politicians and clergymen in the name of religion. Thousands of innocent masses have been murdered in various religious conflicts over the years in various parts of the country .The elites that engineer such religious conflicts never send their children to participate actively in any spate of violence.

Ethnicity have been used also to make masses kill one another when some political elites lose in power game , they use the ethnic card to seek relevance and recognition .Such ethnic conflicts have also led to thousands of Nigerian masses to lose their lives and turn refugees in their own country .

The political class and their cronies have mutual understandings in their companies board meetings where you will find them together irrespective of tribes, regions or religions .They all have the common interest of exploitating and stealing the nations wealth and only complain when they were edged out or can’t fulfill personal agenda of control and distribution of national or state resources .
In political thuggery, rigging and manipulation of elections results, the masses are used by giving them peanuts amount of money being which hardly reaches beyond swearing those benefactors of stolen and rigged mandate into office.

When will Nigerian masses be aware that they have a common enemy? When will they realize that they are being used by some cabals to achieve their personal interests and ambitions in the name of ethnicity, regionalism and religion? When will they realize that when such cabals are in corridors of power they never complain of being marginalized, only when they are outside the corridor of power they start the struggle on the pretext that their tribes, regions and religion have been marginalized?

When Northerners were at the helm of affairs what special privileges did the common Northerner benefit from the government? Presently with a Southerner and a Yoruba at the helm of affairs, what special benefits and privileges are the common Southerners and the Yoruba in particular enjoying from the government? Which parts of the country before and presently are there that do not have traces of abject poverty, bad roads, in equipped hospitals, unemployment, insecurity, lack of portable water, constant electricity, affordable shelter and looting of their treasuries?

The ruling elites and their collaborators in traditional institutions and men of religion have the same trademark as they live in reserved quarters with red roofs , move in convoy of exotic cars with hefty bodyguards behind them. Some of them have become so fat and large that they hardly move except like anti-natal mothers.

Nigerian masses have to collectively come together, irrespective of tribe, region and religion, to fight for their common good and future. If they continue to allow themselves to be brainwashed in such issues of tribe, region and religion, the cancerous elites will continue to inflict continuous hardships and cycle stealing of our national wealth.

Mutual understanding, tolerance and respect of each other’s way of life and beliefs is what the Nigerian masses need to move this nation forward. Destiny has joined us together as Nigerians. Nigeria has to remain as a common entity as no tribe , region or religion can live on it’s own .

Unity brings power and if Nigerian masses continue to be used not to attain unity , the sufferings of today as that of yesterday will be inherited by the unborn children of the masses .The earlier they realize the importance and value of unity the better .

Tun a shekarar 1914 da turawan mulkin mallaka suka hada kudancin da arewacin wannan kasa da suka rada wa suna Nijeriya talakawa ke bada gudunmawa mafi tsoka wajen cigaban wannan kasar. Gudunmawar su ta kasance ta hanyoyin biyan harajai ,aiki kusan na bauta da kuma rayuwar su a lokacin da Nijeriya ta fuskanci barazanar wargajewa.

A lokacin mulkin mallaka turawan Ingila sun bautar da talaka ta hanyar samar da amfanin gona kamar dalar gyada ta Kano,noman auduga ,koko ,manja ,rogo da sauran su. Turawan mulkin mallaka suke sawa albarkatun gonar da talakawa suka noma farashi maimakon wanda ya noma ya sawa kayan sa farashi domin jigila zuwa kasar Birtaniya.Talakawa su suka yi aikin gina titin dogo domin samar da sifirin da za’ayi dakon kaya zuwa bakin teku. Sukan biya haraji kan komai daga kawunan su, iyalan su da abubuwan da suka mallaka kamar dabbobi ,gonaki da kayayyakin da suka mallaka . Wannan zalunci ya samu tabbata ne tare da hadin kan masarautun gargajiya da yan koren turawa da sunan mulkin cin gashin kai.

Lokacin da Nijeriya ta samu yancin mulkin kai a shekarar 1960 , talakawa na ta murnan cewa al’amura zasu canza tunda yan’uwan su bakake zasu kasance masu gudanar da harkokin mulkin wannan kasa. Amma mai talakawa suka samu sakamako game da wahalar da zalunci da suka fuskanta a hannun turawan mulkin mallaka ? Sabbin shugabanni da aka samu maimakon su maida hankali su ga hada kan kasa domin cin gajiyar dinbin arzikin albarkatun kasa da Allah yayi wa wannan kasar baiwa da ita sai ya kasance sun maida hankalin su gun kokuwar dafe madafan iko da samun girma wanda ya kaisu da fara haza harsashin kabilanci , son kai , bangaranci da nuna banbancin addini.

Kabilanci da bangaranci ya kai matuka a shekarar 1966 da wasu sojojin kabilar Ibo suka gagoraci juyin mulkin da ya hambarar da gwamnatin jamhuriya ta farko wanda sakamakon haka ya kai Nijeriya da fadawa cikin yakin basasa wanda ya janyo halakar dubban talakawa daga kowane bangare na Nijeriya. Jagororin wannan yaki da suka fuskanci shan kasa suka tsere zuwa kasashen waje suka bar talakawan da suka ingiza kuma a yau suna raye suna holewar su.

Talakawan Nijeriya basu da abokane, masoya , mataimaka da masu tausaya masu na hakika. Masu mulki sojojin su da farar hula sun kasance masu hada kai da masarautun gargajiya , malaman addini da manyan yan kasuwa domin kara jefa talaka cikin wahala ta hanyoyin mara wa manufofin gwamnati daka gallazawa talaka kamar janye tallafin gwamnati a abubuwan more rayuwa da karin kudin man fetur da gangoginsa .An bar talaka cikin bakar wahala da kuncin rayuwa kuma duk yayin da suka so su motsa domin neman wa kansu yaci sai masarautu da maluman addini su shiga dakufar da talakawar da cewa Allah ya la’anci mai tada fitina. Basa sanar da gwamnati cewa lallai talakawa na cikin wahala dan haka gwamnati ta taimaka ta janye manufofin ta da zai jefa talaka cikin karin wahala da kunci .

Koda yaushe yan siyasa da maluman addini sun kasance cikin ingiza talakawa suyi ta rikici a tsakanin su da sunan addini. Dubban talakawa sun rasa rayuwar su a sakamakon fadace-fadace da sunan addini a jihohi da dama na kasar nan. Yan siyasa da malaman addini dake ingiza talakawa rikici a tsakanin su basa taba tura yayan su su kasance a sawun gaba yayin irin wadanan tashe-tashen hankula.

Ana kuma amfani da kabilanci wajen ingiza talakawa su kashe junan su . Duk yayin da wasu masu fada aji suka rasa madafen iko sai su fake da zancen kabilanci da bangaran ci wajen kokarin samu damar fada aji . Rigin-gimun kabilanci yayi sanadiyar dubban talakawa sun rasa rayukan su tare da maida wasu dubbai sun zama masu gudun hijira a cikin kasar su ta haihuwa.

Masu mulki da yan koren su sun kasance masu fahimtar juna a kamfanonin su na hadin gwiwa inda zaka same su tare ba tare da banbancin kabila, bangare ko addini ba . Sun kasance masu manufa daya na tara dukiya ta kowace hanya . Basa korafi sai yayin da suka kasa cimma manufar su na juya da sarrafa dukiyar kasa ko ta jiha.

A bangar siyasa , magudi da murda-murdan zabe da talakawa ake amfani dasu ana basu dan abunda ba zai ishe su kashewa ba tun kafin a rantsar da wadanda suka ci gajiyar magudin zabe.

A yaushe talakawan Nijeriya zasu fahimci cewa suna da makiya guda? A yaushe talakawa zasu fahimci cewa ana amfani da su ne dan biyan bukatar wani ko wasu mutane dake kokarin cimma burin su suna fakewa da sunan kabilanci , bangaranci da addini? A yaushe zasu fahimci cewa yayin da wadannan mutane ke farfajiyar mulki basa zancen an danne kabilarsu , yankin su ko addinin su. Sai yayin da suka rasa madafan iko sai su shiga gwagwarmayar an danne yankin su, kabilarsu ko addinin su .

Yayin da yan’arewa ke mulkin wannan kasar wacce dama ta musamman talaka dan arewa yake samu daga gwamnati?A yanzu da dan kudu kuma bayarbe ke mulki wane dama ta musamman yan kudu da yarbawa ke samu daga gwamnati? Wane bangare ne na Nijeriya ba’a fama da talauci, rashin aikin yi, rashin ruwa , wuta , tituna masu kyau , rashin tsaro, kyawawan muhalli da sace dukiyoyin su?

Masu mulki da yan koren su a gidajen sarautu da maluman addini sun kasance da kamanni guda inda zaka same su suna zaune a kebabun unguwanni da manyan gidaje masu jan rufi , suna tafiya a jerin gwanon motoci masu tsada tare da jibga-jibgan masu gadin su. Wasu cikin su har sun yi kiba da tumbi kamar mace mai cikin wata tara.

Lokaci yayi da talakawan Nijeriya zasu hada kansu ba tare da kyamar juna ba saboda banbancin addini , yanki da kabila domin samar wa kansu rayuwa mafi kyau da ingaci . In suka yarda aka cigaba da amfani dasu wajen raba kansu kan kan banbancin kabila , yanki da addini masu mulki da yan koren su zasu cigaba da azabtar da talaka da sace masu dukiyar kasa.

Fahimtar juna , girmama juna da ganin mutuncin juna shine abubuwan da talakawan Nijeriya suke bukata wajen cigaba da dorewar kasar mu Nijeriya. Kaddara ta riga ta hada mu mun zama yan kasa daya kuma wata kabila, ko yanki ko addini ba zata iya dorewa ita kadai ba ba tare da chudanya da yar’uwarta ba.

Hadin kai ke kawo karfi in kuma talakawan Nijeriya suka bari aka cigaba da raba kan su to wahalar yau kamar ta jiya zata tarar da yayan mu da zasu zo nan gaba, Fahimtar hadin kai da girmama juna shine zai ciyar da kasar mu gaba a cikin kasashen duniya.

Janar Babangida na cikin tsaka mai wuya

A shekara mai zuwa waton 2007 Nijeriya zata sami sabon shugaban kasa mai cikakken iko yayin da wa'adin shugaba Obasanjo zai kare. Cikin tsahun gaba -gaba na masu neman shugabancin Nijeriya a shekara ta 2007 shine tsohon shugaban mulkin soja Janar Ibrahim Babangida.
Tun lokacin da Babangida ya furta cewa zai tsaya takarar shugabancin wannan kasar masoyan sa da masu adawa dashi suke kai gwauro su kai mari kan dacewar sa ko a'a kan ya sake dawowa bisa kujerar mulkin wannan kasar.Ta bangaren gwamnati mai ci a yanzu manazartan harkokin siyasa suna ganin cewa bashi da goyon bayan shugaba Obasanjo saboda yadda gwamnatin sa take ta kokarin ganin tayi wa Babangida kofar raggo ta hanyar kama dan sa Mohammed Babangida kan tuhumar mallakar kashi ashirin da hudu na kamfanin wayar sadarwan globacom, da bincike kan shari'ar kashe marigayi Janar Mamman Vatsa , da bayyana rahoton Okigbo kan yadda kudade fiye da dala biliyan goma sha-biyu sukayi batan kai na raran man-fetur da aka samu lokacin yakin tekun fasha.
Masu goyon bayan Janar Babangida suna ganin cewa a lokacin sa ya samar da cigaba ta fannoni da dama kamar su hukumar samar da aikin yi (N.D.E),Bankin talakawa (People's Bank),hukumar kare haddura(FRSC),hukumar raya karkara (DEFRI),hukumar wayar da kan matasa (MAMSA)gina tagwayen hanyoyi kamar na Kaduna zuwa Kano,kafa jam'iyyu da basu kudaden tafiyar dasu,hukumar wayar da kan mata (Better Life) da sauran su .Suna ganin cewa in har Babangida ya sake dawowa bisa kujerar mulki to za'a sami cigaba fiye da wanda aka samu a lokacin da yake mulki irin na kama karya ta soja.Kuma suna ganin cewa inshi ya bata to a bashi dama yazo ya gyara.
Akwai masu ganin cewa kafin ma Babangida ya fito dan tsayawa takara ana da bukatar yayi wa Yan-Nijeriya cikakken bayanai game da irin rawar da gwamnatin sa ta taka wajen soke zaben June 12 , yadda akayi da sama da dala biliyan goma sha-biyu na rarar man fetur , kashe Dele Giwa ,hatsarin jirgin saman hakulas dauke da sojoji a legas, gaskiyar zancen yunkurin juyin mulkin marigayi Mamman Vatsa da kashe shi , shigar Nijeriya kungiyar O.I.C da maida huldan jakadanci da kasar Isra'ila, da kuma uwa uba karbo bashi daga bankin duniya wato I.M.F da daura Nijeriya bisa tafarkin S.A.P da ake ganin shi ya karya darajar naira ta kuma jefa Nijeriya a halin kakani-kanin da take ciki a yanzu.
Amma babban abun tambaya gashi Babangida da magoya bayan sa shine a yaushe shi janar din ya amince da kuma yarda da tsarin dimokaradiya?Domin a lokacin sa ya kawo tsare-tsaren da yayi wa dimokaradiya targade ko kuma ace ya karyata. A lokacinsa ne jam'iyyun N.R.C da S.D.P suka gudanar da zaben fidda gwani wanda Malam Adamu Ciroma a jam'iyyar N.R.C da marigayi Janar Shehu Musa Yar'aduwa ya lashe a jam'iyyar S.D.P sai kawai ba tare da wani muhimmin bayani ba ya rushe zaben nasu.
Haka ma Babangida yasa yan-siyasa da al'ummar kasa sake shiryawa da fitowa sabon zaben da aka tsara na shugaban kasa a inda Alhaji Bashir Tofa na jam'iyyar N.R.C da marigayi Cif M.K.O Abiola na jam'iyyar S.D.P suka tsaya takara . Ana cikin bada rahotannin sakamakon zaben kwatsam sai Babangida ya soke zaben ba tare da wani kwakwaran dalili ba. Rigingimun da suka biyo baya shi ya tilasta masa sauka kan mulki bada shiri ba bayan shekara takwas yana mulki.
Soke zaben June 12 ya jefa Nijeriya cikin wani yanayin rikici da tashin hankalin siyasar da tun yakin basasar Nijeriya ba'a taba fuskantar irin wannan yanayi ba. Tirjewan da kabilar Yar'bawa sukayi na an soke zaben da dan'uwan su ya dauki hanyar lashewa yasa a zaben 1999 aka barwa Yar'bawa su kadai suka tsaya takara waton Cif Olu Falae da Cif Olusegun Obasanjo. Sanin kowa ne yadda Janar Babangida ya taka rawa wajen ganin cewa Cif Obasanjo shi ya lashe zaben.
A shekara bakwai da Shugaba Obasanjo yayi yana mulki sau nawa Janar Babangida ya fito domin kare talakawa daga manufofin gwamnatin da suke takura talaka da jefa talakawa cikin halin ni yasu? Shin da yan-arewa suke ta koken cewa wannan gwamnatin na danne su Babangida ya fito ya samar masu sauki?
Janar Babangida ya shedawa Yan-Nijeriya cewa babu gudu babu ja da baya zai fito takarar neman Shugabacin kasa a zaben 2007 . Masu nazari kan harkokin siyasa nata tsokaci kan rawar da Janar din zai taka wanda zai iya kai shi ga samun nasara ko faduwar sa a zabe. Tun zangon farko na wa'adin Shugaba Obasanjo masoya da magoya bayan Babangida suke ta kira gareshi ya fito amma Janar din yayi bayanin cewa shi ba zaiyi takara da Shugaba Obasanjo ba. To yanzu da Shugaba Obasanjo ba zai tsaya zabe ba a shekarar 2007 kuma a yadda Yan-Nijeriya suke tsammani na cewa Shugaba Obasanjo zai rama wa kura aniyar ta sai gashi alamu suna ta nunawa cewa Obasanjo ba zai goya wa Babangida baya ba.
A wannan yanayin da Janar Babangida bashi da goyon bayan Shugaba Obasanjo ga yan takara biyu masu karfi da tasiri wato mataimakin shugaban kasa Alhaji Atiku Abubakar da Janar Muhammadu Buhari lallai Janar Babangida nada jan aiki wajen lashe zaben 2007 .
Ba shakka Janar Babangida nada tasirin gaske a siyasar wannan kasar da kuma masoya da mogoya baya masu yawa. Ya rage ga shi Janar din ya san yadda zai tallata kansa ga Yan-Nijeriya su mara masa baya domin sake samun damar dawowa ya mulki Nijeriya a tsarin dimokaradiya. Manufofin sa da zai aiwatar na iya sa Yan-Nijeriya su amince dashi ya kaiga ya lashe zaben 2007 .
Masoya da magoya bayan Janar Babangida har ila yau na bukatar cikakken bayani kan lallai zai fito takara ko a'a domin ga dukkanin alamu har yanzu yana jan kafa wajen tsunduma cikin harkokin siyasa da zai kaishi ga tsayawa takara. Kuma ga fitowar Janar Aliyu Gusau takarar shugaban kasa shima wanda ake ganin tare suke kuma in har da gaske Babangida zai fito to Janar Gusau ba zai tsaya takara ba.
Batun jam'iyyar da Janar Babangida zai tsaya ma har yanzu bai bayyana ba duk da cewa shi sannan dan jam'iyyar P.D.P ne. Takarar sai da gwani na jam'iyyar tasa da alamun tana yi masa kwarjini wanda yasa ya raba kafafuwansa a jam'iyyu masu dama. Koda yake jam'iyyar N.D.P ta rigaya ta bashi damar tsayawa a matsayin dan takaranta na shugaban kasa , amma ko jam'iyyar zata karbu har ta kaishi ga cimma burinsa to al'amurran siyasa kafin zaben 2007 kadai zai iya tabbatar da haka.
Wani abin murna da farin ciki shine cewa fitowar ire-iren su Janar Babangida na tabbatar da daurewar tsarin dimokaradiya a wannan kasa wanda mulkin soja ya ja mata tsaiko ga cigaba ta fanin siyasa , zamantakewa da bunkasar tattalin arzikin kasa .
Zaben 2007 ya zama kalubale ga Janar Babangida domin ya rigaya ya furta cewa lallai zai fito . Dole cikin abubuwa uku a sami daya , kodai yaki fitowa takara wanda zai tabbatar da zancen manazartan harkokin siyasa cewa Janar Babangida matsoraci ne a fagen siyasa na gwagwarmayan neman al'umma ta mara masa baya ya kaiga darewa kan kujerar mulkin Nijeriya a tsarin dimokaradiya. Nabiyu, in har ya fito takara aka kada shi a zaben to alkadarinsa ta karye a yadda al'umma suke ganin sa a wani dodon bango mai bada tsoro. Na uku , in ya fito takara har ya kaiga lashe zaben 2007 to ya tabbatar wa al'ummar Nijeriya da duniya gabaki daya cewa shine mutumin da yafi tasiri a siyasar wannan karni ba'a Nijeriya kadai ba har ga Afrika gabaki daya . Kuma wannan shi zai bashi babbar dama na gyara sunan sa a tarihin siyasar Nijeriya domin mutanen Nijeriya da dama suna ganin shine ya jefa Nijeriya a halin da ta tsinci kanta a ciki har yanzu.
Ina mai kira ga Janar Ibrahim Babangida da ya tsuduma cikin harkokin siyasar zama shugaban kasa a 2007 ba dan komai ba , dan wannan wata dama ce da zai fito yayi wa jama'ar Nijeriya kwararen bayanai da zasu gamsu kan cewa wasu abubuwan da auka faru yayin da yake kan mulkin Nijeriya alheri ne ga kasan.Kaman yadda Janar din yayi bayani da kansa a wata hira da sashen hausa na B.B.C lokacin yaki da tazarce cewa yan-majalisa su sani suna da ya'ya wanda in sukayi abunda jama'a basa so to zasu barwa ya'yan su abun fadi . Lallai tun Janar din nada rai da lafiyar sa to ya fito karara ya fadi dalilan da yasa ya aiwatar da wasu manufofi wanda a yau shi kadai akasa a gaba sanin cewa akwai majalisar koli ta kasa (A.F.R.C) a lokacinsa wanda dukkan matsayin da ya dauka sai da amincewa da yardan su .
Dabara ta rage game shiga rijiya , mu talakawa fatan mu shine Allah ya bamu shugaba nagari wanda zai fidda talaka daga halin kakani-kanin da ya sami kansa a ciki . Gashi Janar Babangida in har yana da kyakyawan manufa da buri na inganta da cigaban talaka da Nijeriya sai muce Allah ya bashi sa'a.

KO GWAMNA SHEKARAU ZAI MAIMAITA?

Jam’iyyar PDP ita ta lashe zaben 1999 lokacin da sojoji suka mika mulki ga gwamnatin dimokaradiya a jihar Kano . Amma sai reshe ya juya da mujiya a zaben 2003 inda Malam Ibrahim Shekarau karkashin inuwar jam’iyyar ANPP mai adawa ta karbe mulki a hannun Gwamna Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso na jam’iyyar PDP.

Gwamna Ibrahim Shekarau ya sha fama da gwagwarmaya kafin ya zama dan takarar jam’iyyar ANPP a jihar Kano . Saboda wanda jam’iyyar ta tsayar da farko Alhaji Ibrahim Al-Amin Little bai sami amincewar tsofin yan jam’iyyar ba inda sai da sukayi kullin da aka maye shi da Malam Shekarau a matsayin dan takarar gwamna na jam’iyyar ANPP. Kuma faduwa tazo daidai da zama inda yaci gajiyar umarnin da Janar Muhammadu Buhari ya bayar ga magoya bayan sa na a zabi “ANPP SAK”.

A shekaru kusan hudu da yayi kan kujerar mulki Gwamna Shekarau ya aiwatar da aiyuka daban daban kamar samar da aikin yi a ma’ikatun gwamnati , koyar wa matasa sana’oi , kafa hukumomin da zasu kula da Shari’a kamar zakka da kumusi, Hisba ,A daidaita sahu da hukumar Shari’a, ya kuma gina sababbin ajujuwa da makarantu , bawa yaya mata ilimi kyauta,kari kudin tallafi ga dalibai a manya makarantu , karin albashi ga ma’ikata, bayar da abun buda baki kyauta da watan azumi, samar da motocin haya daban daban ga mata da maza ,d.s .

Daga bangaren yan’adawa suna ganin cewa bawani abun azo a gani da Gwamna Shekarau ya aiwatar na cigaba da bunkasar jihar Kano . Sunce gwamnatin sa ta karbi biliyoyin nairori daga gwamnatin tarayya a matsayin kason ta amma babu aiyuka da zaka iya nunawa a kasa cewa ga inda akayi aiyuka da kudaden . Sannan kuma sunce yana shekara biyu bias karagar mulki karbi fiye da dukkan kudin kason kasa da Gwamna Kwankwaso ya samu a shekara hudu.

Magoya baya da masoyan Gwamna Shekarau tun a bara suka yi ta kira a gareshi da ya sake neman komawa bias karagar mulki a wa’adi na biyu sanin cewa shi Gwamna Shekarau da kansa ya shedawa Kanawa cewa shi wa’adi guda kawai zai yi domin shi a kamus dinsa ta siyasa babu tazarce . Gwamna Ibrahim Shekarau dai ya fito ya amsa kirasa na sake neman komawa gidan gwamnati a karo na biyu da magoya bayansa kewa lakabi da “tamaimaita” sabanin kalmar tazarce da aka fi sani.

Shin Gwamna Shekarau zai cimma burin sa na sake maimaitawa?Shin Shekarau zai zama mutum na farko a tarihin siyasar Kano wanda zai yi mulki har wa’adi biyu?Shin yanayin siyasa a shekarar 2003 dai dai yake da na yanzu? Samun amsoshin wannan tamboyoyin kadai shi zai iya nuna ko Gwamna Shekarau zai maimaita ko a’a .

Ta bangaren jam’iyyun adawa kamar su PDP, AC, PSP wanda masu nazari kan harkokin siyasa suna ganin cewa zasu taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen kokarin gadar da wanda zai maye Gwamna Shekarau a zabe mai zuwa . Jam’iyyar PDP da aka karbe mulki a hannun ta a 2003 ta cika ta batse day an takara masu son karbe wa PDP mulkin ta a hannun ANPP. Fittatu daga cikin su sune Arc. Aminu Dabo , Alhaji Ibrahim Al-amin Little , Alhaji Salisu Buhari tsohon kakakin majalisar wakilai , Dr.Abdullahi Ganduje , sai shi tsohon gwamna wato Engr Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso da magoya bayansa suka saya masa form na takara d.s . Daidaituwa da zaben gaskiya gun fidda gwani na iya samara wa jam’iyyar PDP dan takarar gwamna na gari da za’a kai ruwa rana dashi a zaben na 2007 a jihar Kano .

Jam’iyyar A.C wanda mafi yawa daga cikin ya’yanta da shugabanin ta kaura sukayi daga jam’iyyar PDP da ANPP a jihar Kano . Jam’iyyar nada jiga-jigan yan siyasa irin su tsohon gwamnan jihar Kano Dakta Abubakar Rimi , tsohon minister Alhaji Musa Gwadabe , tsohon kakakin majalisar wakilai Alhaji Ghali Umar Na’abba da Hajiya Naja’atu Bala Mohammed d.s . Fittatun yan takarar gwamna a jam’iyyar ta A.C sune Alhaji Sule Ruruwai da Alhaji Ghali Umar Na’abba da magoya bayansa ke matsawa ya fito takara shima . Duk wanda jam’iyyar ta tsayar ana ganin cewa lallai zai taka muhimmiyar rawa a zaben 2007 saboda sanin makaman aiki da suka yi .

Ta bangaren jam’iyyar PSP kuma wanda badan Janar Buhari yayi umarnin da’a zabi ANPP SAK ba to da ana tsammanin jam’iyyar ita zata kafa gwamnati a shekarar 2003 a jihar Kano . Dr. Yakubu Danhassan tsohon akanta janar a gwamnatin Gwamna Kwankwaso kuma na hannun daman sa sun raba gari saboda bukatar shi Danhassan din na shima ya gaje kujerar Gwamna Kwankwaso a zaben 2003 . Yayi matukar farin-jini da samun karbuwa kafin guguwar ANPP SAK ta dushe tauraron sa . Shima yana ta shirye-shiryen tallata kansa ga Kanawa su bashi dama ya zama gwamnan su karkashin jam’iyyar sat a PSP.

Lallai Gwamna Shekarau nada jan aiki inda gasket yake na yunkurinsa na komawa a karo na biyu. Ga rigin-gimun cikin gida ta jam’iyyar sat a ANPP inda ta dare gida biyu ko wace bangaren na ikirarin cewa itace ta halas . Ga zarge-zargen da akeyi wa Gwamna Shekarau na cewa sun riga sunyi hannun riga da Janar Buhari musamman rawan da ake zargi shi Shekarau ya taka wajen ganin cewa yan takara masu goyon bayan Janar Buhari basu kai labari ba a zaben fidda shugabannin jam’iyyar ta ANPP a Abuja kwanakin baya.

Yan siyasar jihar Kano suna da wani canfi na cewa ba’a mulkin Kano sau biyu . Suna cewa a tarihin siyasar Kano ba’a taba samun wanda yayi mulki ya sake nema ya samu ba. Suna kawo misalai da tsohon Gwamna Abubakar Rimi wanda duk da farin-jinin sa Marigayi Alhaji Sabo Bakin-Zuwo ya kada shi , Arc. Kabiru Gaya tunda ya bar mulki yake ta yunkurin sai ya koma amma har yanzu burin sa bai cika ba . Haka ma tsohon Gwamna Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso hakansa bata cimma ruwa ba. Ko Gwamna Shekarau zai karya wannan canfi da ake fada na kasa samun wa’adi na biyu ?Abun da kamar wuya wai gurguwa da auren nesa .

A shekarar 2003 rundunar da ta hada kai takai Shekarau ga gidan gwamnatin jihar Kano ta daddare .Gwamna Shekarau ya rigaya ya raba rana da yan’jam’iyyar tasa da suka mara masa baya a zaben 2003 kamar Alhaji Haruna Ahmadu Dan-Zago da a yanzu ya farraka da nashi bangaren na jam’iyyar a jihar Kano.Hajiya Naja’atu Bala Mohammed wanda itace ta samara da kalmar ANPP SAK ta fice daga jam’iyyar zuwa AC ,Janarorin da suka mara masa baya irinsu Janar Bashir Magashi shima ya kama gaban sa , shi kuma Birgediya Janar Halliru Akilu zai mara wa uban gidansa wato Janar Babangida baya wanda a yanzu yana cikin jam’iyyar PDP . Malaman da suka mara masa baya domin ya aiwatar da Shari’ar Musulunci suma sun zarge shi da kasa aiwatar da Shari’a yadda ya kamata har sun ajiye mukamman su a gwamnatin sun fice .

Uwa uba Gwamna Shekarau da Janar Buhari sunyi kalamai masu banbanci da juna a hirar da akayi dasu a gidan rediyon BBC inda Janar Buhari yace anyi magudi a zaben fidda shugabannin jam’iyyar ta kasa shi kuma Gwamna Shekarau y ace anyi zabe na gaskiya . Amma masu nazari kan harkokin siyasa na ganin cewa kowannen su na bukatar juna don cimma burikan su wato Janar Buhari dan lashe zaben fidda gwani na shugaban kasa a jam’iyyar ANPP shi kuma Gwamna Shekarau dan samun goyon bayan sa dan sake komawa karagar mulki .

Rana dai bata karya sai dai uwar diya taji kunya , Ko Gwamna Shekarau zai maimaita ?Lamari ne da Kanawa zasu tantance a zaben 2007 in sun gamsu da aiyukan sa . Lallai in Gwamna Shekarau ya lashe zaben 2007 ya maimaita to lallai ya kafa tarihi da ba masu adawa dashi kunya a fagen siyasa .

BANKWANA DA SHUGABA OBASANJO

A kwana a tashi rananar 29 ga watan mayu na wannan shekarar Shugaba Olusegun Aremu Obasanjo zai kamala mulkin sa na tsawon takwas a karagar mulkin Nijeriya , wanda a wannan ranar ne zai mikawa Alhaji Umaru Musa Yar’adua mulki a matsayin zababbaben shugaban kasa.

Yan Nijeriya zasu yi kewar Shugaba Obasanjo bias mahangar da suke kallon sa.Ya kasance hadari sa gaban ka inda kake so , domin duk abinda ransa ya biya masa ko ana ha maza ha mata sai ya aiwatar dashi.

An sami cigaba ta fannoni da dama a shekarun da yayi bias mulki .A lokacin mulkin sa ne wayar tafi da gidan ka ya zama ruwan dare ,sabanin shekarun baya da wayar sadarwa sai masu hannu da shuni. An aiwatar da manufofin sauye-sauye daban daban musamman a fanning tattalin arzikin. Sabbin manufofin sun karfafa bankuna da sabon tsarin fansho da Karin albashi da biyan basusukan da suka yi ma Nijjeriya katutu. Shugaba Obasanjo ya kuma kafa hukumomin yaki da cin hanci da almudahana ta hanyoyin kirkiro hukumomin EFCC da ICPC wanda a lokacin mulkin sa ne manya jami’an gwamnati har da babban sufetun yan’sandan Nijeriya Tafa Balogun suka fuskanci shari’a bias tara dukiya ta hanyar haram. An kuma sake fasalin babban birnin tarayya Abuja domin ta kasance cikin manyan biranen duniya da gina tashoshin bada wutar lantarki da kuma bada kwangilar gina tagwayen hanyoyi da sabon tashoshi da jiragen kasa da sauran su.

Shugaba Obasanjo ya kuma kasance wanda a lokacin mulkin sa duk da dai shi ba Musulmi bane, jihohi da dama suka sami damar aiwatar da Shari’ar Musulunci ba tare da fuskantar wata tsangwama ba daga gwamnatin tarayya. Ya kuma kasance shugaba mai girmama addinan talakawan sa inda a watan azumi ,dashi ake azumi. Bai kuma mika wuya ga kasashen da suke yaki da ta’addanci ba wajen shirya makircin da za’a yi farautar Musulmi ba da sunan yan’atadda bane .

Amma ga talakawan Nijeriya da yan ‘adawa suna ganin cewa ba’a taba samin gwamnatin da ta jefa talakawa cikin halin kakanikayi ba kamar lokacin mulkin Obasanjo. Kamar yadda Janar Muhammadu Buhari ya sha fadin cewa tun lokacin aka samar da Nijeriya a shekarar 1914 babu gwamnatin da ta sami kudin shiga kamar gwamnatin Obasanjo , sannan babu lokacin da talauci da fatara yayi wa al’umma katutu kamar lokacin gwamnatin Obasanjo.Sannan kasar bata taba shiga halin rashin tsaro ba kamar a wannan lokacin inda dubban jama’a suka rasa rayukan su a tashe tashen hankulan addini da kabilanci da fashi da makami da kisan gillar da akayi wa fitattun mutane.

Duk da makudan kudaden da gwamnatin sa ke fadin ta kasha kan samar da wutan lantarki , kasar ta kasance cikin duhu har ta kai ga kamfanoni da masana’antu da dama sun durkushe. Haka ma babu ingantattun hanyoyi da tsaftatacen ruwan sha , ga rashin aikin yi da Koran dubban ma’aikata daga aiki wanda ya jefa dubban mutane majiya karfi zaman kasha wando. Karin kudin man fetur da dangogin sa babu kaukautawa ya haddasa tsadan rayuwa da kara jefa talaka cikin halin matsi da da gwamnatin Obasanjo keyi kusan kowane shekara.
Kan batun yaki da cin hanci da rashawa wasu masu nazarin harkokin yau da kullum na ganin cewa a baki kawai gwamnatin Obasanjo ke yaki da cin hanci da rashawa. Saboda suna ganin akwai wadanda suka zama yan lele sa ,duk da korafin da ake na a bincike su amma ya toshe kunnen sa ,amma sai wanda suka kasance yan bora kadai ake tursasawa kan batun cin hanci da rashawa. Sannan masu sharhi kan harkokin siyasa na kuma yiwa gwamnatin Obasanjo yar’amshin shatar turawan yamma da Amerika da bankin duniya ,domin manufofin da gwamnatin sa ke gudanawar daga su ya karbo.

Amma me yasa yan Nijeriya ke ganin laifin Shugaba Obasanjo musamman mutanen Arewa? Wasu suna zargin sa da cewa da gangan ya taimaka wajen ganin cewaq Arewa bata sami cigaba ba kamar mutanen kudancin Nijeriya musamman a fanning tattalin arzikin kasa inda yan kuddancin Nijeriya su suka fi cin gajiyar manufofin gwamnatin sa a bangaren sauye sauyen bankuna da sayar da kaddarorin gwamnati . Haka kuma wasu na zargin sa da baiwa mafi yawan mukaman gwamnati ga yan bangaren sa. Amma abin tambaya anan shine kudaden da gwamnatin tarayya ke baiwa jihohi da kananan hukumomi a matsayin kudin rabon kasa, shin gwamnoni da shugabannin kananan hukumomi sunyi ayyukan raya kasa ga jama’ar su? Sannan kuma yan Arewan da suka rike mukamai a gwamnatin sa sun kawo wa al’ummar da suke wakilta abubuwan more yaruwa?

Kowa ya tuna bara bai ji dadin bana ba, domin yan Nijeriya su sani koda sun manta cewa da Janar Ibrahim Babangida ya mika wa wanda ya lashe zaben 12 ga watan juni na shekarar 1993 da bamu sami kan mu a halin da muke ciki ba. Sannan hadin gwiwar su Janar Babangida da yan G-34 su suka tsaya kai da fata Obasanjo ya sake dawowa bias mulkin Nijeriya. Inda kuma a zaben 2003 bisa jagorancin Mataimakin Shugaban Kasa Alhaji Atiku Abubakar aka sake dankarawa yan Nijeriya Obasanjo.

Yakamata yan Nijeriya su yi karatun ta natsu su daina daura wa Shugaba Obasanjo duk laifufukan tabarbarewan al’amurra shi kadai! Ta bangaren sa ya lura da cewa masu kaiwa da komowa a matsayin shugabannin al’umma mutane ne masu tsananin son kan su, su kadai. Saboda haka ko wanne daga cikin su na da farashin sa da in aka taya zai sallama. Ya kuma fahimci cewa talakawan Nijeriya suma ta bangaren su , basu ma san inda aka sa gaba ba da rashin sanin hakkokin su .Wannan ko a bayyane yake kan yadda aka gudanar da zaben wannan shekarar inda duk da korafai korafai da ake maluman addini sune kan gaba wajen halasta sakamakon zaben.

Da masu cewa mulki ya komo Arewa ko kuma ya komo hannun Musulmi lokaci ne kawai zai tabbatar in da gaske suke yayin da kida ya canza.Domin wasu daga cikin su har zalamar su tafara fitowa fili bias mubaya’ar da suka yi wa Shugaba mai jiran gado Alhaji Umaru Musa Yar’adua .Yayin da hakar su ta kasa cimma ruwa muna sauraron me zasu fito su fadawa yan Nijeriya.

Shugaba Obasanjo dai tasa ta kare a bias jagorancin da yayi wa yan Nijeriya , tarihi a sannu zai bayyana matsayin sa kan yayi abin kirki ko akasin sa. Yan jari hujja da masu hannu da shuni ba shakka sun ci gajiyar mulkin Obasanjo , a yayin da talakawa musamman wadanda yan’uwan su suka rasa rayukan su a rigingimun kabilanci da addini ko kuma dubban talakawan da aka raba su da aiyukan su ko muhallin su da sana’ar su musamman a birnin tarayya Abuja zasu yi takaicin mulkin Obasanjo. Haka kuma tarihi zai bayyana irin gudumawar da Shugaba Obasanjo ya bayar ga bunkasar dimokaradiyya ko wanin sa . Da fatan in ya koma gonar sa ta Ota zai kyale sabon shugaban kasa ya gudanar da ayyukan mulkin sa ba tare da fuskantar katsalandar saba cikin harkokin mulkin sa.
